Dear Mr.

Shaw,

Pursuant to our last discussion dated 02.02.2024 regarding expression your intention to leave
Mortex India without fulfilling the required notice period as outlined in your employment
contract dated We would like to bring to your attention that such a decision constitutes a breach
of your contractual obligations. This is to further mention that you were supposed to send a
confirmation mail where it was well settled that you will at least serve 60 days’ notice as per
terms of your appointment letter but the same also not been advanced from your end.

As per the terms of your employment contract, you are obligated to serve 60 days’ notice from
the date of your resignation. This notice period allows Mortex to make necessary arrangements
for the transition and ensure the continuity of our operations. Failure to adhere to this contractual
obligation not only jeopardizes the smooth functioning of the company but also results in
financial losses and operational disruptions.
We must emphasize that the notice period is a critical component of the employment agreement,
and any deviation from this contractual requirement will be viewed seriously by the Management
of Mortex. In the event that you decide to proceed with an abrupt departure without serving the
stipulated notice period, please be advised that we will have no choice but to pursue legal action
to address this breach of contract.

Legal action may include, but is not limited to, seeking injunctive relief to prevent you from
joining a competing organization, as well as pursuing financial compensation for any losses
incurred by Mortex India due to your premature departure. This may involve costs associated
with hiring staff, training replacements, or any other damages directly attributable to your failure
to honor your contractual commitments.

We believe that it is in the best interest of both parties to resolve this matter amicably and in
accordance with the terms of your employment contract. Therefore, we strongly urge you to
reconsider your decision and fulfill your notice period as stipulated in the agreement.

Should you choose to disregard this notice and proceed with an unsanctioned departure, we will
have no option but to escalate the matter through legal channels and in this connection on
requirement basis you can serve this letter to your next company.

We sincerely hope that it does not come to that, and we can find a mutually agreeable solution to
this situation.
This is to inform to all concerns about an important matter concerning upcoming audits
of NABL, AAALAC & GLP that will be conducted at Krish Biotech. As part of our
commitment to ensuring a smooth and successful audit process, it has been decided by
the management to implement certain restrictions on leave approvals during this period
as this audit is a crucial activity that requires the full cooperation and dedication of all
employees.

In light of this, effective 01-03-2024 , and until further notice, no leave requests will be
made or approved, hence, we expect no requests meanwhile any employee should
forward to any HOD/Dy TFM/TFM except such situation which is beyond reasonable
argument. This decision has been made to ensure that the company's operations run
seamlessly during the audit period and that all necessary personnel are available to
assist with any audit-related inquiries or tasks. Furthermore any leaves, taking during
this critical time and in month end can lead to disruptions, delays, and may negatively
impact the audit process and wages.

It is important to note that any unauthorized leave taken during this period will result in
Loss of Pay (LOP), and strong disciplinary measures will be taken to address such
situations. The company views compliance with this directive very seriously, and any
violation will be dealt with in accordance with our established disciplinary procedures.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the success of the

upcoming audit.
