Subject: Strict Adherence to Workplace Conduct Standards

To Concern All Employees,

The success and positive work environment of our company rely on the collective
efforts of each team member. It has come to our attention that there have been
instances of workplace conduct violation viz taunting, and unruly behavior that have
been reported recently and which is continuous in nature and unabated by some
identified employees.
We want to emphasize that such behavior is absolutely unwarranted and goes against
the principles of a healthy and productive workplace. It is our collective responsibility to
ensure a respectful and inclusive atmosphere for all employees, regardless of their
position in the organization.
We hereby notify all employees that any engagement in or incitement of shouting,
taunting, or unruly behavior, especially directed towards seniors or juniors, will not be
tolerated forthwith. The management takes these matters seriously, and stern action
will be taken against individuals involved in such activities.
It is crucial for everyone to be aware that consequences for engaging in or
encouraging such behavior may include termination from employment without citing
any precedence. We believe in a fair and just workplace, and we expect every member
of our team to uphold the values and standards set by Mortex Group.
We encourage open communication and urge anyone who witnesses or experiences
inappropriate behavior to report it promptly to the HR department. Your cooperation is
essential in maintaining a positive work environment.

introducing a significant focus on behavior in the Performance Management System,
assessed comprehensively through a 360-degree approach. Your positive actions and
