Good Day Mrs Blankensee

We hope this letter finds you well. We want to firstly start off by commending the High School
Marketing Committee with the excellent work they are doing and with that being said we would
like to set up a similar team in the Sacred Heart College Primary School. As a department, our
main objective is to better the abilities of all the children in our school, whether it is
academically or artistically or simply tapping into their creative sides once in a while.

A good way in which we have seen can help better the advertising and promoting of events and
campaigns happening within the school on social media is by giving the children viewing these
posts an opportunity to advice us older people who have otherwise little to no knowledge of the
way social media works, a better understanding of how we can use these platforms effectively.
It is also a good way to promote making children more involved in what is happening in their
community as they will be part of those promoting it. We would also like to give the primary
school the chance to publicize primary school events in a way that they agree with and enjoy.

The marketing department would consist of four sub-departments, graphic design, videography,
photography as well as content creation. Our graphic designers would be the ones designing
posters and ads which we would be posting onto our socials. Videographers being in charge of
taking videos of events happening in and around the school. Photographers are responsible for
taking the amazing pictures we see on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and our upcoming Tiktok
page as well as the action photos that may be put into the school magazine,and lastly our
content creators being in charge of all the creative and fun ways we can advertise the school
and publicize school events.

If given the opportunity to create a Primary School Marketing Committee, the Primary School
students of Sacred Heart would be encouraged to learn new skills, enhance already existing
ones and tap into their creative sides. We also hope to have the primary school work hand in
hand with the high school to see how we can better the marketing department of Sacred Heart
College.
