conditions changes, pricing changes, news, special offers, receiving mails, incoming calls, the client’s inquiry confirmation, and notification related to the plan above.
2) The phone number provided on this product agreement shall be used by Lenere Business Suite for communication with the client.

Syarat dan Ketentuan
1. Definisi Produk
1.1 Kantor Virtual: Kantor Virtual adalah produk yang dijual oleh Lenere Business Suite berbentuk
kartu multi-fungsi atau kartu elektronik. Pengguna Kantor Virtual tersebut mendapatkan
keuntungan berupa fasilitas atau layanan tercantum pada Perjanjian secara cuma-cuma.
1.2 Kotak Surat: Dengan adanya fasilitas Kotak Surat pada Lenere Business Suite, Klien berhak
untuk menggunakan alamat Lenere Business Suite yang dimana bertujuan untuk kepentingan
bisnis, seperti surat menyurat.
1.3 Nomor Telepon Berbagi/Berekstensi: Klien dari Lenere Business Suite juga mendapatkan
pelayanan untuk menerima telephone di tempat kami.
1.4 Penerusan Panggilan: Pengguna kantor virtual Gold dapat memanfaatkan fitur pengalihan
panggilan telepon ke nomor lokal ke nomor telepon genggam dengan layanan 4G
1.5 Dokumen Elektronik: Klien dari Lenere Business Suite juga mendapatkan pelayanan berupa
pindai dokumen yang akan dikirimkan secara elektronik ke alamat surel terdaftar milik klien,
sesuai dengan kuota yang didapatkan.
1.6 Ruang Rapat: Klien juga mendapatkan penggunaan ruang pertemuan selama kuota yang
diberikan sebagaimana tercantum dalam Perjanjian ini. Klien diwajibkan untuk melakukan
reservasi atas penggunaan tersebut minimal 72 jam sebelumnya. Reservasi ini tidak dapat
dibatalkan. Lenere Business Suite tidak menjamin ketersediaan ruang pertemuan tersebut.
Reservasi dilakukan melalui sistem OMS secara daring melalui situs Lenere.
1.7 Layanan Panggilan Telepon: Fasilitas Layanan Panggilan Telepon memungkinkan Klien dari
Lenere Business Suite untuk memiliki nomor telepon yang bersifat lokal, serta mendapatkan
layanan penerimaan telepon pada waktu kerja.
1.8 Jam Operasional: Lenere Business Suite akan memberikan layanan selama jam kerja mulai
pukul 9.00 sampai dengan pukul 18.00, Senin sampai dengan Jumat, dan Lenere Business Suite
akan mengikuti hari libur nasional sesuai hukum Indonesia untuk DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.
1.9 Aplikasi: Pengguna kantor virtual setuju untuk mendapatkan atau menggunakan aplikasi
bisnis yang disediakan oleh pihak ketiga, seperti Finalluck, Weblent, Syburst, and CaptiveLab;
yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu bisnis pengguna kantor virtual. Pengguna wajib tunduk
atas ketentuan lisensi penggunaan aplikasi tersebut.
2. Panduan Penggunaan
2.1 Pernyataan dan Jaminan dari Klien: Dengan menggunakan fasilitas/layanan Lenere Business
Suite, klien dengan ini menyatakan untuk tunduk terhadap aturan dan tata tertib yang di terbitkan
oleh Lenere Business Suite. Klien dengan ini menyatakan bahwa klien menyetujui semua aturan
dan tata tertib yang tercantum dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan ini dengan sebenarnya tanpa ada
paksaan dari pihak manapun untuk dapat dipergunakan dengan semestinya.
2.2 Mematuhi Aturan dan Tata Tertib: Klien diwajibkan untuk mematuhi aturan dan tata tertib yang
di terbitkan oleh Lenere Business Suite, yang dimana aturan dan tata tertib tersebut diberlakukan
untuk melindungi klien dan Lenere Business Suite dari hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan. Klien setuju
bahwa Lenere Business Suite berhak memperbaharui perjanjian, aturan, dan tata tertib tanpa
pemberitahuan atau persetujuan terlebih dahulu kepada klien, dan pembaharuan perjanjian,
aturan, dan tata tertib tersebut mengikat klien secara hukum.
2.3 Durasi: Perjanjian ini akan terhitung dari periode dimana klien telah menyetujui isi dari
perjanjian ini, dan akan diperbaharui secara otomatis untuk jangka waktu yang sama seperti
sebelumnya tetapi tidak kurang dari 3 (tiga) bulan, kecuali adanya batasan dari pembaharuan
aturan.
2.4 Layanan Pelanggan: Klien setuju bahwa semua saran, kritik, dan keluhan harus disampaikan
klien kepada layanan pelanggan Lenere Business Suite. Keluhan yang disampaikan secara pihak
oleh klien kepada pihak lain adalah bentuk pelanggaran serius yang dapat mengakibatkan
pengakhiran perjanjian dan tindakan hukum oleh Lenere Business Suite.
2.5 Penghentian Sementara atau Pengakhiran: Klien mengerti bahwa Lenere Business Suite,
atas kebijakannya sendiri, dapat mengakhiri, menghentikan sementara pemberian layanan
kepada klien, dengan atau tanpa pemberitahuan, sehubungan dengan tagihan yang belum
dibayar atau jika terdapat bagian dari Perjanjian ini dilanggar.
Sejak penghentian sementara atau pengakhiran tersebut, klien harus menghentikan penggunaan
kantor virtual dan klien harus menyatakan bahwa Lenere Business Suite akan membuang semua
surat, bungkusan, barang yang merupakan milik klien jika barang tersebut tidak diambil dalam
waktu 14 hari sejak tanggal penghentian sementara atau pengakhiran. Lenere Business Suite
tidak bertanggung jawab atas segala kerugian atau klaim yang mungkin ditimbulkan dalam
keadaan tersebut. Segala penggunaan layanan produk kami setelah pengakhiran atau
penghentian sementara tersebut akan dianggap sebagai tindakan memasuki bangunan tanpa
izin.
2.6 Pertanggungjawaban: Lenere Business Suite tidak membuat pernyataan atau jaminan, baik
tersurat maupun tersirat, apapun kepada klien atau pihak ketiga mengenai layanan produk
kantor virtual Lenere Business Suite. Lenere Business Suite berupaya memberikan layanan yang
disepakati, namun Lenere Business Suite sama sekali tidak bertanggung jawab kepada klien atau
pihak ketiga atas tuntutan kerugian atau kerusakan akibat tindakan atau pembiaran oleh Lenere
Business Suite.

Terms and Conditions
1. Product Definition
1.1 Virtual Office: Virtual Office is a product sold by Lenere Business Suite in form of a multi-
function card or electronic card. The Virtual Office subscriber has benefit to use the facilitiy or
support as stated in the Virtual Office Agreement at no additional charge.
1.2 Mailbox : With the availability of Mailbox Plus facility in Lenere Business Suite, Client has the
rights to make use of Lenere Business Suite’ address for business purpose, such as business
correspondence.
1.3 Sharing/Extension Phone Number: The client of Lenere Business Suite also obtains support for
telephone incoming.
1.4 Call Forwarding: The user of Gold virtual office may use telephony feature which redirects a
telephone call to client’s mobile phone with 4G services.
1.5 E-Document: The client of Lenere Business Suite also gets incoming document quota scan that
will be emailed to client’s registered email address.
1.6 Meeting Room: The client also obtains the usage right to use the meeting room based on given
quota as stated in the Agreement. The client must make a reservation at least 72 hours prior the
usage. Such reservation cannot be canceled. Lenere Business Suite does not guarantee the
meeting room availability. Reservation must be made online using OMS on Lenere website.
1.7 Telephone Answering: Telephone Answering make possible for Lenere Business Suite’ Clients
to have local phone number, with call answering support within working hours.
1.8 Operating Hours: Lenere Business Suite will provide the stipulated product support during
business hours from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday and Lenere Business Suite will adhere
to any public holidays in accordance with the Indonesian law for the state of Jakarta, Indonesia.
1.9 Application: Virtual office user agrees to have a software license or use software provided by
third party such as Finalluck, Weblent, Syburst, and CaptiveLab; which could be used to support
his business. User shall accept the End User License Agreement.
2. Terms of Usage
2.1 Affirmation and Collateral from Client: By using Lenere Business Suite’ services and facilities,
client is subject to the rules and regulation published by Lenere Business Suite. Client agrees to all
regulation and code of conduct which stated on this Terms & Conditions without any coercion from
any party and to be used as appropriate.
2.2 Following Rules & Regulation: Clients are required to follow all terms and conditions published
by Lenere Business Suite, to protect both Clients and Lenere Business Suite from undesirable
events. Client agrees that Lenere Business Suite reserves the right to amend the agreement, rules
and regulations without any prior information or consent to the client, and that amendment(s), rule
(s), and regulation(s) is legally binding between Lenere Business Suite and the client.
2.3 Duration: This agreement will start from the date of client’s approval of the agreement, and will
be renewed automatically for the same period as before, but not less than 3 (three) months,
unless there are limitations by rule(s) and regulation(s).
2.4 Customer Service: Client agrees that all suggestion, critics, and complaints must be
communicated to Lenere Business Suite Customer Service. Complaint that is communicated to
other party by the client is serious violation that can lead to this agreement termination and legal
actions by Lenere Business Suite.
2.5 Suspension or Termination: The client understand that Lenere Business Suite, in its sole
discretion, may terminate, suspend your service(s) at any time, with or without notice(s) in relation
to any outstanding invoice(s) or part of this agreement is breached.
Upon such suspension or termination, client must immediately discontinue the use of our service(s)
rendered to you and disclaim Lenere Business Suite as client virtual office provider. Lenere
Business Suite immediately reserved the rights to re-assign any product we offered to client to
another party and Lenere Business Suite will discard any mails, parcels, items which belong to the
client if the item is not collected after 14 days of such suspension or termination. Lenere Business
Suite will not be liable for any losses or claims what is over that may arise from such instances.
Any usage of our service(s) after such termination or suspension shall be deemed as an act of
trespassing.
2.6 Liability: Lenere Business Suite make no representations or warranties, express or implied, of
any kind to client or third party regarding Lenere Business Suite virtual office. Lenere Business
Suite shall use reasonable efforts to provide the agreed upon product support, however, in no
event, shall Lenere Business Suite be liable to client, or any third party, for any claims for loss or
damages as a result of any inaction by Lenere Business Suite.

2.7 Apabila Lenere Business Suite sudah tidak beroperasi: Apabila pada suatu waktu, Lenere
Business Suite sudah tidak dapat melayani kliennya, Klien hanya dibebankan untuk membayar
biaya bulanan sampai pada tanggal tersebut. Untuk berbagai pelayanan jasa lainnya, pihak
Lenere Business Suite akan mencoba memberikan berbagai opsi ke tempat lainnya.
2.8 Karyawan: Klien tidak dapat menawarkan pekerjaan kepada karyawan Lenere Business
Suite. Apabila terbukti, klien akan dikenakan sanksi sebesar 1 (satu) tahun gaji terakhir karyawan
tersebut atau sebesar Rp. 100.000.000,- yang mana pun lebih besar jumlahnya, untuk
pelanggaran yang terjadi tanpa adanya pelarangan atau penolakan dari pihak Lenere Business
Suite.
2.9 Representatif dari Klien untuk Karyawan Lenere Business Suite: Sepanjang durasi perjanjian,
klien setuju bahwa klien, anggota atau mitra klien, petugas ataupun karyawan akan bersedia
untuk tidak memberikan perlindungan hukum, seperti memberikan pengacara kepada karyawan
atau ex-karyawan dari Lenere Business Sutes apabila ada masalah hukum dengan pihak Lenere
Business Suite, termasuk affiliasi, staff, dan karyawan.
2.10 Catatan: Semua dokumen yang bersifat formal harus berisikan alamat korespondensi atau
kontak milik klien yang berlaku, yang dimana alamat korespondensi atau kontak tersebut harus
tertulis pada Perjanjian. Adalah kewajiban dan tanggung jawab dari klien untuk selalu
memperbaharui alamat dan kontak mereka dan menginformasikannya kepada pihak Lenere
Business Suite.
2.11 Kerahasiaan: Kesepakatan– kesepakatan yang tertera pada Perjanjian dan Syarat dan
Ketentuan adalah bersifat rahasia. Pihak Lenere Business Suite ataupun pihak klien tidak
diperbolehkan untuk membeberkan isi kesepakatan tersebut atau membuat salinan atas
Perjanjian atau Syarat dan Ketentuan ini kepada pihak lain tanpa terkecuali. Klien juga diwajibkan
untuk menjaga kerahasiaan ini meskipun perjanjian telat berakhir. Pelanggaran berakibat
penghentian Perjanjian.
2.12 Waktu dan Jam Kerja: Seluruh staff dari Lenere Business Suites berhak namun tidak
berkewajiban untuk melaksanakan permintaan klien dari Lenere Business Suites diluar hari dan
jam kerja yang telah ditentukan, termasuk untuk menjawab panggilan telepon ataupun pesan
singkat, pemesanan ruang rapat, konsultasi, ataupun permintaan lainnya.
2.13 Hukum yang berlaku: Kesepakatan ini diinterpretasikan dan bersifat mengikat klien atas
dasar hukum– hukum yang berlaku, yang dimana dalam hal ini berdasarkan tempat dimana
Lenere Business Suite berada. Hal ini disepakati oleh kedua belah pihak yaitu pihak Lenere
Business Suite dan pihak klien.
3. Pelaksanaan
3.1 Kepatuhan terhadap hukum: klien harus bersedia untuk mematuhi semua regulasi dan hukum
yang berlaku sesuai dalam melaksanakan usahanya. Sehubungan dengan adanya kerjasama
antara klien dengan pihak Lenere Business Suite, klien tidak diperbolehkan untuk melakukan
tindakan yang bersifat melawan hukum, termasuk ketentuan perpajakan. Klien juga diwajibkan
untuk tidak melakukan tindakan yang merugikan pihak-pihak lain seperti mengganggu pihak-
pihak lain, tingkat kebisingan yang berlebihan, dan juga melakukan tindakan-tindakan yang
memberi dampak kerusakan kepada bangunan Lenere Business Suite. Apabila terjadi
pelanggaran, pihak Lenere Business Suite memiliki hak untuk mendapatkan
penyelesaian/kepastian sesuai hukum.
3.2 Klien mengetahui dan menyetujui bahwa pihak Lenere Business Suite memiliki kuasa untuk
memindahkan, dan juga mengakses data personal klien yang berada di Lenere Business Suite di
lokasi lain.
4. Penggunaan
4.1 Klien tidak diperbolehkan untuk bergerak di bidang yang sama seperti Lenere Business Suite,
yang dimana dalam hal ini bergerak pada penyediaan kantor virtual (kantor virtual), penyediaan
ruang rapat, beserta layanan-layanan lainnya yang berkaitan pada bidang ini.
4.2 Penipuan Penggunaan Kantor Virtual: Klien sepakat bahwa dirinya tidak akan menggunakan
nama, layanan produk, dan bangunan milik Lenere Business Suite untuk tujuan (i) melawan
hukum, (ii) penipuan, (iii) gelap, (iv) tidak pantas, (v) tidak etis, (vi) tidak sesuai dengan bidang
usaha yang tercantum di akta, TDP, SIUP, dan NPWP, dan (vii) pengurusan/perpanjangan surat
keterangan domisili tanpa ijin tertulis dari Lenere Business Suite. Lenere Business Suite adalah
satu-satunya penentu yang akan memutuskan mengenai keabsahan tujuan penggunaan layanan
produk kami oleh klien. Disepakati bahwa Lenere Business Suite tidak bertanggung jawab atas
segala pelanggaran hukum perdata dan pidana oleh pihak klien.
Lenere Business Suite tidak bertanggung jawab secara hukum atas penanganan panggilan
telepon atas nama klien (baik tidak terdaftar, terdaftar, bersertifikat atau dijamin), atau segala
tindakan, peristiwa atau biaya yang terkait atau yang timbul karena penanganan panggilan
telepon. Klien memiliki hak atas kerahasian atas surat atau bungkusan atau barang milik klien
yang berada di Lenere Business Suite, namun jika dianggap mencurigakan, Lenere Business
Suite memiliki hak untuk membuka surat, bungkusan, kurir atau barang yang diragukan yang
dikirim Lenere Business Suite yang ditujukan kepada klien tanpa persetujuan terlebih dahulu dari
klien.
4.3 Klien tidak diperbolehkan untuk menggunakan kontak dan alamat yang sudah diberikan oleh
pihak Lenere Business Suite untuk segala bentuk korespondensi dan kerja sama apapun juga ke
Direktorat Jenderal Pajak, Direktorat Bea dan Cukai, Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi, Bank
Indonesia, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, bank, perusahaan pembiayaan dan lembaga keuangan non-
bank lainnya tanpa ijin tertulis dari pihak Lenere Business Suite.
4.4 Pengajuan PKP: Klien dapat mengajukan PKP dengan menggunakan alamat dari Lenere
Business Suites setelah mendapatkan persetujuan tertulis dari Lenere Business Suites. Kami
berhak melakukan penolakan untuk memberikan dokumen yang diperlukan klien terkait hal ini
apabila pengajuan PKP tidak sesuai dengan prosedur yang sudah ditentukan.

2.7 If Lenere Busines Suite is no longer operated: If one time, Lenere Business Suite is no longer
able to give services to the client, client will only obliged to pay monthly fee until the time being. For
other services, Lenere Business Suite will help redirecting to other venue.
2.8 Employee: Client is not allowed to offer any kinds of employment to Lenere Business Suite’
employees. If proven, client will be subjected to penalty calculated at 1 (one) year employees’
salary or Rp. 100.000.000,- whichever is the greater, for the violation without any rejection or
prohibition from Lenere Business Suite.
2.9 Client’s representatives for Lenere Business Suite Employees: During the agreement’s
duration, client has agreed that client, client’s members or partners, officers, and employees have
agreed not to give any law protection, as in providing lawyers to Lenere Business Suite’
employees, or ex-employees if there should be any law matter against Lenere Business Suite,
including affiliations, staffs, and employees.
2.10 Notes: All
formal documents should have client’s correspondence address and contact, in which should be
written in the agreement. It is client’s obligation to renew the address and contact and inform it to
Lenere Business Suite
2.11 Confidentiality: All deals inside the Agreement and this Terms and Conditions is confidential.
Both Lenere Business Suite and clients are not allowed to reveal any deals written in the
Agreement and Terms and Conditions to other party with no exception. Clients are obliged to keep
the confidentiality even after the agreements end. The breach will result into termination of the
Agreement.
2.12 Business Hours: The entire staff of Lenere Business Suites are entitled but not obliged to
execute client requests from Lenere Business Suites outside working hours that have been
determined, including answering a phone call or text message, meeting room bookings,
consultation, or other requests.
2.13 Applied Law: This agreement is interpreted and binding the client under the applied law,
where Lenere Business Suite stands. This has been agreed by both Lenere Business Suite and
client.
3. Implementation
3.1 Compliance to the law: Client must obey all regulation and applied law in performing client’s
business, including tax regulation. According to the agreement between Lenere Business Suite and
client, client is not allowed to do any illegal business. Client is also obliged not to do any act that
will disturb other party, excessive amount of noise, and other acts that could damage Lenere
Business Suite’ property. If violation happened, Lenere Business Suite has the rights receive the
settlement according to the applied law.
3.2 Client is aware and agrees that Lenere Business Suite has the right to move, or access client’s
personal data at Lenere Suite in other locations.
4. Utilization
4.1 Client is not allowed to act in the same field as Lenere Business Suite, where in this case, act
in virtual office provider, meeting room provider, and other related services.
4.2 Fraudulence Use of Services: The client agrees that he/she will not use Lenere Business Suite
name, product, support, and premises for any (i) illegal, (ii) fraudulent, (iii) illicit, (iv) unfit, (v)
unethical purposes, (vi) business activities other than stated in the notarial deed, TDP, SIUP, and
NPWP, and (vii) applying domicile letter without written consent of Lenere Business Suite. Lenere
Business Suite reserves the right to authenticate client purpose of virtual office use. It is agreed
that Lenere Business Suite is not responsible for any civil and criminal law violation on client’s part,
locally and internationally.
Lenere Business Suite accepts no legal responsibility or liability for the handling of call on the
client’s behalf (whether unregistered, registered, certified, or insured), or for any action, event or
expense associated with or arising from the handling of the calls. The client reserved the privacy of
its mails with Lenere Business Suite but if it is deemed to be suspicious, Lenere Business Suite
preserved the rights to unwarp or open the mail, parcel, courier or any questionable items
delivered to Lenere Business Suite for the client without the client’s prior agreement.
4.3 The client is not allowed to use contact and address given by Lenere Business Suite for and
correspondence and business relationship with Direktorat Jenderal Pajak, Direktorat Jenderal Bea
dan Cukai, Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi, Bank Indonesia, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, banks, financial,
and leasing companies without prior permission in writing from Lenere Business Suite.
4.4 Applying for PKP: Client has the right to apply PKP by using Lenere Business Suites’ address
after receiving the approval from the Lenere Business Suite management. We may decline and
reject the submission if it’s not according to our procedure.

4.5 Surat Keterangan Domisili: Lenere Business Suite memiliki kewenangan untuk melakukan
penolakan pengurusan Surat Keterangan Domisili bagi para klien yang tidak memenuhi syarat
dan ketentuan yang telah di tetapkan. Klien sepakat bahwa dirinya tidak akan mengunakan
nama, layanan produk, dan bangunan Lenere Business Suite untuk tujuan permohonan atau
perpanjangan surat keterangan domisili tanpa ijin tertulis dari Lenere Business Suite.
4.6 Tenggat Waktu: Lenere Busines Suite memberikan tenggat waktu selama 30 (tiga puluh) hari
kepada para klien untuk melakukan pengajuan pembuatan surat keterangan domisili yang
dimana terhitung sejak tanggal aktivasi layanan kantor virtual tersebut. Apabila klien mengajukan
permohonan pembuatan surat keterangan domisili diluar tenggat waktu yang telah di sepakati
bersama, Lenere Business Suite berhak untuk menolak ataupun mengenakan biaya atas
keterlambatan kepada pemohon surat keterangan domisili.
4.7 Pembuatan Surat Keterangan Domisili: Permintaan untuk pembuatan ataupun perpanjangan
surat keterangan domisili bagi klien yang memiliki layanan produk dibawah 12 (dua belas) bulan
akan berdampak dikenakannya biaya layanan produk kantor virtual selama 1 (satu) tahun.
4.8 Tanggung Jawab Terhadap Barang Milik Klien: Pada saat berakhirnya layanan kami, yang
dimana di dalamnya termasuk adalah layanan kantor virtual, kantor berlayanan, penyewaan
ruang meeting, dan layanan turunannya. Lenere Business Suites berhak namun tidak
berkewajiban untuk menyimpan ataupun menjaga barang– barang milik klien, termasuk
diantaranya adalah surat, dokumen, peralatan kerja, peralatan elektronik, ataupun barang
lainnya.
4.9 Kepemilikan Barang Pasca Berakhirnya Layanan: Secara sah dan sadar menyatakan bahwa
klien sepakat untuk melepaskan hak atas kepemilikan barang– barang yang ditinggal di area
Lenere Business Suite. Klien memberikan kuasa secara penuh kepada manajemen dan staff dari
Lenere Business Suites untuk; (i) memindahkan, menggunakan, atau membuang barang– barang
milik klien yang ditinggal di area Lenere Business Suite, (ii) Klien secara sadar membebaskan
Lenere Business Suite dari segala bentuk tanggung jawab, tuntutan/klaim yang timbul
sehubungan dengan segala bentuk perlakuan Lenere Business Suite terhadap barang milik klien
yang ditinggal.
4.10 Berakhirnya Layanan Lenere Business Suite: Klien secara sah dan sadar akan
menghentikan segala aktivitas yang terkait dengan Lenere Business Suite, termasuk didalamnya
penggunaan alamat kantor, fasilitas, domisili, baik yang bersifat formal ataupun informal setelah
berakhirnya layanan dari Lenere Business Suite, termasuk di dalamnya adalah penggunaan
alamat ataupun segala sesuatunya yang terkait dengan Lenere Business Suite di dunia maya.
Lenere Business Suite memiliki kuasa penuh untuk memberikan penalti ataupun sanksi terkait
pelanggaran yang terjadi, baik yang dilakukan secara sengaja ataupun tidak sengaja.
5. Tanggung jawab dari Lenere Business Suite
Untuk batas maksimal yang diizinkan oleh hukum yang berlaku, pihak Lenere Business Suite
tidak akan bertanggung jawab atas kerugian yang diderita klien sebagai akibat dari kegagalan
Lenere Business Suite dalam memberikan layanan sebagai akibat dari setiap kerusakan
mekanis, bencana alam, pemogokan, atau penghentian kepentingan Lenere Business Suite pada
gedung. KLIEN DENGAN TEGAS DAN YAKIN UNTUK MELEPASKAN HAKNYA, DAN SETUJU
UNTUK TIDAK MEMBUAT KLAIM ATAS KERUSAKAN, LANGSUNG, TIDAK LANGSUNG,
HUKUMAN, YANG BERSIFAT KHUSUS ATAU KONSEKUENSIAL, TERMASUK, NAMUN TIDAK
TERBATAS PADA, KEHILANGAN BISNIS, PENDAPATAN, KEUNTUNGAN ATAU DATA, ATAS
ALASAN APAPUN TIMBUL DARI ATAU SEHUBUNGAN DENGAN PERJANJIAN INI, APAPUN
KEGAGALAN DALAM MEMBERIKAN LAYANAN APAPUN YANG TERTERA DI BAWAH,
SEPERTI KESALAHAN ATAU KELALAIAN, KEGAGALAN DARI APAPUN DAN SEMUA JASA
KURIR UNTUK MEMBERIKAN TEPAT WAKTU ATAU MEMBERIKAN SETIAP ITEM (MAIL,
PAKET, DLL.) ATAU GANGGUAN LAYANAN.
6. Biaya
6.1 Pajak: Klien sepakat untuk membayar pajak yang nilainya telah ditentukan oleh pemerintah,
bila ada, yang dimana dalam hal ini diwajibkan oleh pemerintah yang ditimbulkan dari Perjanjian
ini.
6.2 Lenere Business Suite hanya menerima pembayaran atas produk yang belum termasuk, bila
ada, biaya lainnya, termasuk pajak yang ditetapkan pemerintah. Biaya lainnya menjadi
tanggungan klien.
6.3 Uang Jaminan Biaya Layanan Produk/Deposit: Klien kantor berlayanan diharuskan untuk
membayar deposit sebesar 3 bulan dari biaya kantor berlayanan yang disewa. Uang deposit ini
akan dikembalikan kepada klien dari Lenere Business Suite pada saat berakhirnya kontrak
penyewaan kantor berlayanan. Pihak Lenere Business Suite dapat meminta kepada klien untuk
menambah uang depositnya apabila klien tidak dapat membayar biaya produk.
6.4 Pembayaran: Sehubungan dengan peraturan pemerintah mengenai kelestarian lingkungan
hidup, tagihan pembayaran, dan dokumen-dokumen lainnya yang diperlukan oleh klien, termasuk
perjanjian, aturan, tata tertib, syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku akan dikirimkan kepada klien
melalui surat elektronik. Permohonan untuk salinan cetak dokumen-dokumen tersebut dikenakan
biaya yang berlaku yang harus dibayar di muka. Klien dapat melakukan pembayaran melalui
bank, mesin ATM, ataupun APMK.
6.5 Keterlambatan Pembayaran: Apabila klien terlambat melakukan pembayaran sesuai dengan
waktu yang telah diberikan pihak Lenere Business Suite, pihak Lenere Business Suite berhak
untuk menghentikan layanan. Pemulihan layanan akan dikenakan biaya yang berlaku.
6.6 Lenere Business Suite memiliki hak untuk menaikan harga produk kantor virtual atau
berlayanan dan biaya lainnya, yang dimana hal ini berlaku efektif pada saat pembaharuan
kontrak.
6.7 Setiap pembayaran dilakukan di muka.

4.5 Domicile Letter: Lenere Business Suite has the full authority to reject the process of publishing
the domicile letter for the users of client who has not fulfilled the requirements stated on the terms
and conditions. The client agrees that he/she will not use Lenere Business Suite
name, product, support, and premises for applying domicile letter without written consent of Lenere
Business Suite.
4.6 Expiry date: Lenere Business Suite is giving a period of 30 (thirty) days for the users of virtual
office for applying the domicile letter before it is become expired, which the expiry date will be
triggered after the virtual office service is activated. For those clients who apply the domicile letter
after the period ends, Lenere Business Suite has the authority to reject or charging additional
charge for the consequence of the lateness for applying the domicile letter.
4.7 Publishing Domicile Letter: A request for publishing domicile letter for those clients who only
owns virtual office contract below 12 (twelve) months, will result into a charging for a 1 (one) year
virtual office.
4.8 Responsibility Toward Client’s Goods: At the moment where our service is ended, which the
services are including virtual office services, serviced office, meeting room or any other services
related. Lenere Business Suite has the authority but not necessary to store or maintaining client’s
goods including; mail, documents, working tools, electronics, or else.
4.9 Proprietary Rights of Goods after Services Ends: Clients definitely realize that client agree to
release the rights of ownership for the goods left in Lenere Business Suite area. Clients give full
authority to management and staff of Lenere Business Suites for; (i) moving, using, or disposing
remained goods in Lenere Business Suite area; (ii) Clients agree to release Lenere Business Suite
from any responsibility or claims, towards the treatment to the goods left in Lenere Business Suite
area.
4.10 After Lenere Business Suite’ service ends: Clients definitely realize that client agree to stop all
activities related to Lenere Business Suite, which including the usage of office address, facilities,
domicile, which is counted as formal or informal, including the usage of the office address, or
anything related to Lenere Business Suites on the internet. Lenere Business Suite has the
authority to give penalty or sanction for the violation, which happened intentionally or
unintentionally.
5. Lenere Business Suite Responsibility
For maximum limit that is allowed by the law, Lenere Business Suite is not responsible for any loss
that the client has to suffer in outcome of Lenere Business Suite unable to do the services as result
of mechanical dysfunction, natural disaster, strike, or Lenere Business Suite’ termination of
interest to the building. CLIENT HAS AGREED TO RELEASE THE RIGHT AND WILL NOT MAKE
ANT CLAIM FOR ANY DAMAGE, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, PUNISHMENT, BOTH SIGNIFICANT
AND CONSEQUENTIAL, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO BUSINESS, INCOME, PROFIT, OR
DATA LOSS BY ANY REASONS THAT APPEAR FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT,
ANY FAILURE TO DELIVER ANY SERVICES PROVIDED, MISTAKE OR NEGLIGENCE,
FAILURE OF ANY KINDS, AND ALL COURIER INABILITY TO DELIVER ON TIME OR ALL
ITEMS, OR SERVICES DISTURBANCE.
6.Cost
6.1 Tax: Client agrees to pay tax according to the government, where it is required by government
as result of entering this agreement.
6.2 Lenere Business Suite only receives payment for the product price only, not including any other
fees, if any, including applicable taxes. The client is liable for all other fees.
6.3 Product Support Retainer/Deposit: client is obliged to deposit an amount of 3 months service
office fee. This deposit will be refunded once the agreement ends. Lenere Business Suite can have
the client to top up the deposit if the client neglected the product fee.
6.4 Payment: According to the government law about environment sustainability, billing and other
document, including agreement, rule(s), regulation(s), term(s) and condition(s) will be sent to client
by electronic mail. Should client require any printed copy, client is responsible to the applied fee.
Client could do the payment by bank, ATM, and payment card.
6.5 Late Payment: If by any chance, the payment exceed the time given by both Lenere Business
Suite, Lenere Business Suite has right to terminate all services. Product support re-activation is
subject to applicable fee.
6.6 Lenere Business Suite has the rights to increase virtual or service office’s product price and
other fees, where it will be effectively applied in agreement’s renewal.
6.6 Any payment is required in advance

7. Lain-lain
7.1 Perjanjian: Perjanjian yang dimaksud dalam syarat dan ketentuan ini adalah ‘Virtual Office
Agreement’, kecuali dinyatakan berbeda dalam pasal 7.12 dan 7.15. Setiap definisi perjanjian
yang ada dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan ini berlaku secara hukum. Syarat dan ketentuan ini tidak
terpisahkan dari Perjanjian.
7.2 Leased Agreement dan Business Identity Agreement disetujui oleh Lenere Business Suite dan
klien sebagai akibat Virtual Office Agreement.
7.3 Perubahan Kondisi: Lenere Business Suite berhak untuk merubah, menambah, atau
memodifikasi salah satu ketentuan dalam Perjanjian ini.
7.4 Pemberian Informasi Yang Benar: Pada saat mengajukan permohonan pembelian produk,
klien harus memberikan kepada Lenere Business Suite informasi yang benar dan lengkap
tentang klien (termasuk nama, alamat, nomor telepone, nomor kartu identitas, Nomor Pokok
Wajib Pajak, dan Akta Pendirian Perusahaan dan turunannya, apabila ada) untuk melengkapi
Perjanjian ini dan harus segera memberitahukan kepada Lenere Business Suite tentang setiap
perubahannya.
7.5 Jaminan Perlindungan: Klien menjamin dan sepakat untuk menjamin Lenere Business Suite
dari dan terhadap segala klaim oleh klien, dan/atau karyawan, agen atau tamu klien atas
kerugian, kerusakan, biaya atau klaim, hilangnya informasi, kerusakan atau kesalahan termasuk
yang disebabkan oleh tindakan atau kelalaian Lenere Business Suite.
7.6 Batasan Tanggung Jawab: Tanggung jawab maksimum Lenere Business Suite tidak melebihi
biaya produk saat itu.
7.7 Lenere Business Suite tidak berkewajiban menyediakan salinan IMB, IPB, UUG, dan PBB
kepada klien. Klien memberitahukan kebutuhan akan salinan dokumen-dokumen tersebut pada
saat dimulainya Perjanjian ini.
7.8 Klien tidak diperbolehkan mengambil poto ruang/bangunan Lenere Business Suite tanpa ijin
tertulis dari Lenere Business Suite. Pelanggaran berakibat kepada pengakhiran Perjanjian.
7.9 Selama klien menggunakan kantor virtual, kantor berlayanan, atau fasilitas lainnya milik
Lenere Business Suite maupun milik pihak lainnya yang terafiliasi dengan Lenere Business Suite,
klien sepakat bahwa Lenere Business Suite berhak sewaktu-waktu memeriksa (i) kesesuaian
antara kegiatan usaha Klien dan peruntukan kantor virtual, kantor berlayanan, dan fasilitas
lainnya yang diberikan Lenere Business Suite kepada klien, (ii) kebenaran data-data yang
diberikan Klien kepada Lenere Business Suite. Lenere Business Suite adalah satu-satunya
penentu yang akan memutuskan mengenai kesesuaian tujuan penggunaan layanan produk kami
oleh klien.
7.10 Layanan SKDP/SKDU adalah layanan bantuan yang dapat digunakan oleh klien tanpa
dikenakan biaya tambahan untuk pengurusan permohonan Surat Keterangan Domisili ke PTSP
setempat. Klien memahami klien wajib memenuhi semua persyaratan pengurusan untuk
penerbitan SKDP/SKDU oleh PTSP Kelurahan Karet Kuningan dan/atau Provinsi DKI Jakarta.
Bila diperlukan, klien dapat diminta Lenere Business Suite untuk hadir bersama-sama Lenere
Business Suite untuk menghadap pejabat PTSP setempat. Klien yang mempergunakan layanan
ini tidak diperkenankan melakukan korespondensi dengan PTSP setempat tanpa sepengetahuan
Lenere Business Suite supaya pengurusan permohonan Surat Keterangan Domisili berjalan baik.
Lenere Business Suite tidak berkewajiban menyediakan layanan SKDP/SKDU tersebut kepada
klien.
7.11 Klien setuju bahwa permohonan Surat Keterangan Domisili merupakan hak dan kebijakan
PTSP setempat sehingga Lenere Business Suite tidak bertanggung jawab atas segala
keterlambatan dan tidak disetujuinya Surat Keterangan Domisili tersebut oleh PTSP setempat.
7.12 Leased Agreement adalah perjanjian antara Lenere Business Suite dengan klien dimana
Lenere Business Suite memperbolehkan klien untuk menggunakan alamat Lenere Business Suite
sebagai alamat kantor virtual klien untuk keperluan permohonan Surat Keterangan Domisili atau
alamat perusahaan, sebagai akibat dari diaktivasikannya produk Kantor Virtual sesuai ‘Virtual
Office Agreement’.
7.13 Bilamana tidak ada keberatan yang disampaikan klien secara tertulis kepada Lenere
Business Suite, klien setuju untuk memberikan kuasa kepada pihak yang ditunjuk oleh Lenere
Business Suite untuk menandatangani dokumen-dokumen yang diperlukan untuk permohonan
Surat Keterangan Domisili atas nama klien.
7.14 Klien setuju bahwa terhitung sejak tanggal berakhirnya layanan, Lenere Business Suite
berhak menerima surat yang ditujukan kepada klien. Klien berhak mengambil surat tersebut
setelah mengganti biaya administrasi sebesar Rp 25.000,- per surat
7.15 Klien setuju bahwa 30 hari kalendar terhitung sejak tanggal berakhirnya layanan, Lenere
Business Suite tidak berkewajiban memberikan informasi kepada klien atas surat atau paket yang
dikirimkan ke alamat Lenere Business Suite.
7.16 Penyelesaian Perselisihan: Perselisihan yang timbul antara Lenere Business Suite dan klien
sehubungan dengan sehubungan dengan Perjanjian ini akan diselesaikan secara damai oleh
Lenere Business Suite dan klien dalam waktu 30 hari. Jika dalam kurun waktu 30 hari tidak ada
penyelesaian damai yang dicapai, maka perselisihan antara Lenere Business Suite dan klien
tidak dapat ditarik kembali dan harus memilih untuk menyelesaikan perselisihan tersebut di kantor
registrasi pengadilan negeri Jakarta Selatan.

7. Miscellaneous
7.1 Agreement: The Agreement that is stated in this terms and conditions refers to ‘Virtual Office
Agreement’, except defined differently as stated in article 7.12 and 7.15. Any agreement definition
stated in this Terms and Conditions is legally applicable. This terms and conditions cannot be
separated from the Agreement.
7.2 Both Leased Agreement and Business Identity Agreement are agreed by Lenere Business
Suite and the client as result of the Virtual Office Agreement.
7.3 Amendment of Conditions: Lenere Business Suite shall be entitled to vary, add to or modify any
of the provisions of this Agreement.
7.4 Supply of Correct Information: At the time of application for the product, the client shall supply
to Lenere Business Suite of his/her correct or complete information (including name, address,
telephone number, identity card number, tax registration code number, and certificate of
incorporation, if any) for completing the Agreement and shall inform Lenere Business Suite of any
change or alteration thereof immediately.
7.5 Indemnity: The client indemnifies and agrees to hold Lenere Business Suite harmless from an
against any claims by the client, and/or employee, agent or invited of the client for any loss,
damage, expense or claims, loss of information, damage or any errors including whether caused
by any act or omission of Lenere Business Suite.
7.6 Limitation of Liability: Maximum liability of Lenere Business Suite were not exceed than product
fee.
7.7 Lenere Business Suite has no responsibility to provide copy of IMB, IPB, UUG, and PBB to
client. The client must inform Lenere Business Suite at the beginning of virtual office or serviced
office product activation.
7.8 The client is not allowed to take photo of any Lenere Business Suite’s room/property without
written consent of Lenere Business Suite. Any breach will result to termination of the Agreement.
7.9 During client usage of virtual office, serviced office, or other facility belongs to Lenere Business
Suite or other party that is affiliated to Lenere Business Suite, The client agrees that Lenere
Business Suite reserves the right and responsible to (i) monitor/check client’s business activity in
accordance to permitted Lenere Business Suite, and (ii) verify any data stated/given by client to
Lenere Business Suite. Lenere Business Suite reserves the right to authenticate whether the
client’s business activity in accordance to the permitted usage of our product.
7.10 Domicile Services refers to support provided by Lenere Business Suite that can be used by
the klien at no additional charge to apply domicile letter to the local PTSP. The client fully
understand that the client has to meet all requirements required apply domicile letter to PTSP if
required, Lenere Business Suite may ask the client’s presence together with Lenere Business
Suite to meet the local PTSP’s duly officer. The client that use this support is not allowed to make
correspondence with the local PTSP without being acknowledged by Lenere Business Suite in
order to make sure that the application process runs well. Lenere Business Suite has no
responsiblity provided domicile services to the client.
7.11 The client agrees that the issuance of domicile letter is subject tp the authority of the local
PTSP, therefore Lenere Business Suite is not responsible in any delay of such issuance or in case
such application is rejected by the local PTSP.
7.12 Leased Agreement refers to an agreement between Lenere Business Suite with the client that
Lenere Business Suite allows the client to use Lenere Business Suite’s address as client’s virtual
office address for the purpose of applying domicile letter or business address, as result of the
product activation according to this Virtual Office Agreement.
7.13 In case of no written disagreement by the client to Lenere Business Suite, the client agrees to
give his/her authority to Lenere Business Suites’ appointed party to sign required document(s) on
behalf the client to apply the domicile letter.
7.14 The Client agrees that Lenere Business Suite has the right to continue receive any mail or
package to the Lenere Business Suite address under the Clent’s name even after the contract or
service with the Client has been ended. However, the Client will be allowed to collect the mail with
fee of IDR 25,000 per mail.
7.15 The Client agrees that Lenere Business Suite has no obligation to inform the Client about any
mail or package that has been received by Lenere Business Suite after 30 calendar days since the
last day of contract or service with the Client.
7.16 Dispute Settlement: Dispute arising between Lenere Business Suite and the client in rekation
to this Agreement shall be settled amicably by Lenere Business Suite and the client. If within a
period of 30 days, no amicably settlement can be reached, then Lenere Business Suite and the
client irrevocably select and choose the general and permanent domicile at the registrars’ office at
the district court of South Jakarta.

7.18 Perjanjian ini dibuat 1 rangkap dan ditandatangani oleh klien di atas materai. Perjanjian
ini milik Lenere Business Suite. Salinan perjanjian yang sudah dilegalisir oleh Lenere
Business Suite akan diberikan kepada klien. Dengan ditandatanganinya Perjanjian atau
Syarat dan Ketentuan ini, klien menyatakan sudah menerima salinan perjanjian yang sudah
dilegalisir tersebut. Permohonan akan rangkap perjanjian ini akan dikenakan biaya yang
berlaku.
7.18 This Agreement is made without duplicate and duly signed by the client using the seal.
The agreement belongs to Lenere Business Suite. The certified copy of the agreement shall
be given to the client. With the signing of this Agreement or Terms and Conditions, the client
hereby acknowledges that he/she has received the certified copy of this Agreement.

Saya, atas nama klien, telah membaca dengan seksama, memahami dengan baik, dan I, act on behalf of the client, have read thoroughly, fully understand, and agress of the
menyetujui isi dari butir-butir kesepakatan yang tercantum dalam Perjanjian dan Syarat dan provisions stated above in the Agreement and Terms and Conditions.
