SHARED VISION

In the next three (3) years (2023-2026), Buenasuerte Elementary School envisions in creating a
school that values individuality, fosters a sense of belonging, and cultivates a passion for lifelong
learning. Our shared vision is to strive the learner’s academic strengths, interests, and learning
styles, emphasizing critical thinking skills while nurturing a love for lifelong learning.

We believed that developing literacy skills will enable our learners to readily perceive quality
literacy instruction that contributes to becoming productive citizens. It will also develop a system
where learners will extend their literacy skills in different learning activities at home and in the
community. The school will involve the participation of parents and other stakeholders.

SMART GOAL

By the end of 2026, Buenasuerte Elementary School, 100% of all the targeted literacy programs
for learners focusing on improving quality literacy skills in different learning activities shall be
implemented to improved and address the competency gaps in early literacy skills.
