3). Description: After getting the call I met with Will Cutting (Warwick Electric Team Member) and asked him all details or
complaint he got. Then I went to the site and checked continuity of every cable that was belong to that fuse. Nothing was
short circuit so after verification I installed new 6Amp fuse and leave it testing. It’s still working. This fuse is providing
power to Panel Light, Panel switches and some relays and voltage rating of this fuse is 24V
There are ampere rating charts that is fixed on panel which tell the rating of all fuses that installed in BMS panel. Faulty
fuse name is CF1 and rating should be 6Amp as per chart. Today (20/07/2023) I went again to check the fuse with
Ampere Meter and took the current reading and its 2.24 Amps. So technically everything working fine. And 6Amp fuse
shouldn’t blow up on 2.24Amp. Even caretaker boiler is also working.
There is also one relay that is loose in the base, and it comes out sometime. I have placed it properly if it will come out
again then we will have to replace the relay and base for relay.
