1. How would you describe yourself?

- As a college student pursuing a degree in management and entrepreneurship, I would describe myself
as a dynamic and ambitious individual. I have a strong passion for exploring innovative ideas and
concepts in the business world. Moreover, I am constantly seeking opportunities to learn and grow,
both academically and personally.
2. Why are you applying for this internship in TI?

- With its rich history and global presence, TI offers a unique learning experience for aspiring
professionals. TI is committed to the growth and development of its interns. The company provides
comprehensive training programs and mentorship opportunities to ensure that interns gain valuable
skills and knowledge during their time with the company. Interns have the opportunity to contribute to
these efforts and gain a deeper understanding of how a socially responsible company operates.
3. Which of your accomplishments are you most proud of, and why?

- During my lifetime, my biggest accomplishment that I am proud of would be surviving my college life
without the guidance of my parents. Building a strong support network, developing self-reliance, and
seeking out help with friends are my key strategies to excel in this journey. While the absence of
parental guidance may initially seem lonely, it provides an opportunity for personal growth,
independence, and self-discovery.
4. How do you organize your time and prioritize tasks during a busy day?

- By creating a to-do list and breaking it down into smaller, manageable tasks, by allocating specific
time slots for each task, considering their deadlines and importance, setting realistic goals, eliminating
distractions, and utilizing time-management techniques, I can optimize my workflow and accomplish
more in less time.
5. According to you, what is more crucial- completing a task on time, or doing it in the right way? And why?

- In my opinion, doing it in the right way holds more significance than simply completing it on time.
Completing a task on time is important for efficiency, doing it in the right way holds more
significance in terms of accuracy, personal growth, and fostering creativity. By prioritizing quality
and the process, we can achieve better results and continuously improve our skills.
6. How do you handle stress? Has it been a problem for you in the past?

- Personally, I prioritize self-care, by taking care of my physical and mental health, time
management, and take breaks when needed. While stress has been a problem for me in the past, I
have learned valuable lessons from those experiences and have developed effective strategies to
manage it. By being proactive and seeking support when necessary, I have been able to maintain a
healthy balance and prevent stress from becoming a persistent issue in my life.
7. Describe an ideal boss and an ideal work colleague

- An ideal boss is someone who possesses strong leadership skills, provide guidance and support and
are approachable and open to feedback, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
Whereas, a colleague is someone who is reliable and trustworthy, always willing to lend a helping
hand and support their team members when needed, and possess an excellent communication skills
and actively listen to others' ideas and opinions.
8. What do you plan to do after graduation?
- One of my main goals is to secure a position in a reputable management where I can apply my
knowledge and skills in business. In addition, I also aspire to become an entrepreneur. I have always
had a passion for creating and developing new business ventures, and I believe that my degree in
business management and entrepreneurship has equipped me with the necessary tools to embark on
this journey.
9. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

- As a business student, I see myself in a position of leadership within a multinational corporation in the
next five years. I am dedicated to personal growth, leadership development, entrepreneurial
endeavors, and continuous learning. With perseverance, hard work, and a commitment to excellence,
I am confident that I will achieve my goals and become a successful and influential figure in the
business world.
10. What are your strengths, and how will you best utilize them for this internship?

- I have developed a set of strengths that I believe will greatly benefit me during this internship. My
analytical skills will allow me to provide valuable insights and recommendations, my strong work ethic
will ensure that I consistently deliver high-quality work, and my effective communication abilities will
enable me to collaborate effectively with team members.
11. What are your weaknesses, and what will you do to ensure they don’t affect this internship negatively?

- One of my weaknesses as a student is the lack of experience in a professional setting. While I

have gained theoretical knowledge through my coursework, I understand that practical
experience is essential to succeed in the business world. To address this weakness, I plan to
actively seek opportunities to gain hands-on experience by participating in internships,
workshops, and networking events.
12. What qualities will you bring to this internship that other candidates might not?

- Firstly, my strong academic background in both management and entrepreneurship provides me

with a solid foundation of knowledge and skills that I can apply to real-world situations. Secondly, I
possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, which are crucial in the field of
management. And lastly, my strong work ethic and determination make me a valuable asset to
any team. I am highly motivated and committed to achieving excellence in everything I do. I am
not afraid to put in the extra effort, going above and beyond to meet deadlines and deliver
exceptional results.

13. If you’ll be considered for this internship, where do you want to be deployed, and why? (Clark, Pampanga
or Baguio City)

- If I were given a chance to choose where I want to be deployed, I will choose Clark for it is more
convenient to me. Firstly, it reduces commuting time and expenses. Additionally, proximity allows for
a more flexible schedule, enabling me to balance work and personal commitments more effectively.
Secondly, a nearby internship company provides a sense of familiarity and comfort, as I am already
familiar with the local area. This can lead to increased productivity and a smoother transition into the
work environment.

14.Are you required to take any classes during your internship? If yes, will they be taken online or onsite?
(Note: TI's internship is conducted fully onsite, Mon-Fri, 8am-5:30pm)

- Yes, my classes will be taken onsite. As students, we often find ourselves faced with the challenge of
balancing our academic responsibilities with real-world work experiences. One common scenario is
the need to balance school onsite and an internship onsite. This delicate juggling act requires careful
time management and prioritization. However, I believe that with the help of effective time
management becomes even more critical during this balancing act.
