Dear All,

Good day! As we all know, a healthy and active lifestyle is essential for our
overall well-being. That's why we were excited to announce that Robinsons Retail
Holdings, Inc will be having a RETAILYMPICS this year!

The event aims to promote camaraderie, teamwork, and a healthy work-life balance
among our employees. It will be a fun-filled day of sports activities such as
basketball, volleyball, badminton, larong pinoy, and even eSports game. We
encourage everyone from different departments to join in on the fun and show off
their skills. We would like also to remind everyone that participation in this
event is not mandatory but highly encouraged.

To ensure that everyone gets a chance to participate in the sportsfest, we just

wanted to pop in real quick to fill out the google form on or before, June 1, 2024,
at 6 p.m. so we can start organizing teams and preparing for the games.
