Shames Djazair is an Algerian company specialized in E-commerce , the
installation of solar photovoltaic systems, consulting, studies and realization.
It serves commercial and businesses costumers in Algeria with an ambitious
regional and international vision.

Assembling a team of qualified engineers and technicians with extensive

experience in Photovoltaics and industry, our internal technical office
provides you with real cost effective, innovative and sustainable turnkey
solar solutions for projects ranging from KW to MW.

It may also call upon Algerian or foreign experts if necessary.

Our business areas

Besides designing and installing solar photovoltaic systems by our technical office Shames
Djazair Engineering, our range of activities covers two innovative concepts created by
Shames Djazair, namely Shames Djazair Store & Shames Djazair Academy.

Shames Djazair Store: the first e-commerce portal in Algeria, completely dedicated to
solar equipment and services (panels, inverters, batteries, accessories, installations), a
platform that facilitates the purchase and the installation of solar systems in one click by
offering online referenced and recognized brands, a catalog of high-performance products
with the technical characteristics of each product at very advantageous prices.

Shames Djazair has successfully deployed this concept with Over 50,000 visits to “Shames
Djazair Store” and over 300 processed and delivered orders across the national territory.
Shames Djazair Academy: the platform dedicated to online and hybrid
training on the installation of photovoltaic systems, calculation and
dimensioning software.

Launched in the midst of Covid-19 crisis, Shames Djazair Academy has

successfully animated series of thematic webinars, interviews and
discussion meetings with academics and experts.

The Academy organizes videoconference debates on renewable

energies, market and business developments with experts, academics,
researchers and specialized professionals.

1. Schlumberger Hassi-Messaoud, Algérie

Today, major oil and gas companies are investing and expanding their activities in the
field of renewable energy. These efforts are a good start on the long road to a low-
carbon transition.
At the heart of this transition, Shames Djazair carried out the Solar Photovoltaic System
Installation Project at Schlumberger Hassi Messaoud site with a capacity of 136 Kwc,
generating 185 Mwh of clean energy during its first year of operation, which is
equivalent to reducing 74,200 kg of carbon emissions per year or planting 1,200 trees.

A hybrid solar system was introduced for ENG in Bouzegza -Boumerdes. As well as dozens of public lighting
lamps, to power the site.
