COACH 1

1. To identify talents, nature and to mold these talents to become a successful

player.
2. They are respectful because you wouldn’t be a player if you’re disrespectful.
3. Train and mold young mind to love the game.Rigid and strict
4. I am rigid and strict but I tend to play with them, I will make sure the player is
comfortable with me so that they can follow my instruction.
5. Always have parent consent whenever they have training they cannot play
without parent consent, I always make contact with the parents.
6. Teamwork, the knowledge and skills of the game
7. Through food, I keep them motivated to play and never surrender even they meet
challenges, on the fact that I am only a female coach so far I can manage and
then I train my own player. I keep them motivated, with that female is not a
hindrance if you wanted to be successful.
8. Patience and understanding because these kids has their own circumstances at
home and in personal life.

COACH 2
1. Father of them, they starting to respect you, follow your training and develop their
skills.
2. I’m a player before, I think because I have experience
3. Punishment, mostly of them don’t have time management

6. Mold them as a player and as your child because once you train them their skills
must develop.
7. Teamwork and communication between players and coach
8. Share an encouraging words one way to motivate them and for them to play very

10. Motivate them to win to all match, as a coach I did everything to win, that’s my
first priority.
11. How did you feel after winning the game?
- As a winner, I’m overwhelmed, tears of joy and I’m so proud of them to win
this game hopefully ‘til the next game. First game loss 0-1, and second game
win 1-3.
