showing great commitment to safety training.
B. Engagement Metrics: Engagement was measured through active participation, quiz
scores, and session feedback. Interactive sessions, particularly those involving
practical exercises, received the highest engagement scores.

V. Training Effectiveness and Feedback

A. Feedback and Performance Metrics: The feedback collected through surveys and
assessments indicates a high level of satisfaction and knowledge gain. Particularly,
the Hazard Identification training received positive feedback for its practical
application and interactive content.
B. Training Impact Assessment: Comparing pre- and post-training assessment scores,
there was a noticeable improvement in employees' understanding of safety
procedures.

VI. Challenges and Mitigation Strategies

A. Identified Challenges: Scheduling conflicts impacted overall attendance. Some

content.
