Swelect Energy Systems is looking for an experienced and energetic Engineer with following technical
expertise. Minimum 8 years in solar, Utility scales MW project (shall be preferred). Passion For Data
Analysis & Trouble Shooting Skills (in Energy Generation Analysis) would be an added Advantage

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Start-up of electrical work after civil construction of MCR and Inverter station.
2. Instruct the AC electrical contractor to start the AC work as per design drawings.
3. Ensure the bill of materials provided by the design team documents and BOQ (Bill of qty).
4. Follow-up for materials arrival date with HO purchase team as per project schedule.
5. Instruct to provide the AC work completion schedule in line with standard project timeline.
6. Discuss with contractors about the technical drawings and work commencement.
7. Ensure the quality and work progress on daily basis as per the drawings and schedule.
8. Verify the quality & quantity of materials supplied by the vendors.
9. Daily monitor the handling of PV modules and other materials by the contractor as per the
guidelines.
10. On completion of DC part 2 advice the contractors to measure the values of PV string
voltages/insulation resistance values (Megger) of LT/HT cables.
11. Record the parameters/measurements wherever applicable as mentioned in the above point.
12. The measured parameters to be maintained as hard/soft copy in separate folder to prepare the
check lists.
13. Ensure the electrical equipment erection as per the CEIG approved drawings.
14. Coordinate with AC electrical contractor to keep the plant ready with safety equipment for CEIG
inspection as per approved drawing.
15. On completion of CEIG inspection collect the Defective Report from AC contractor.
16. As per DR advice the electrical contractor to complete the pending work.
17. Organise to carry out the SLDC inspection coordinate with HO team.
18. Ensure the data transmission process completion with SLDC.
19. Preparation of pre-commissioning checklist and discuss with Team leader / HO.
20. Ensure the plant readiness for plant commissioning.
21. On completion of plant commissioning and prepare snag list with respective contractors, ensure
the pending work completion within 45 days from date of plant commissioning.
22. On completion snag list hand over the plant to O&M team with required mandatory documents
as per O&M checklist with attestation
