24/7 remote and field technical support.
Provide support to filed engineers for transmission related issues.
Collecting SOM reports on monthly basis and provide solution for Critical and Major
Alarms.
To monitor choking and BW reduced cases and escalate to Ericsson Planning team if
expansion require.
To check the BW utilization on South-2 (HYD) region on weekly basis.
To conduct monthly meeting with the field engineers and analyze for their respected
MW link cases.
Inventory management.
Generate spare requirement according to fault ratio analysis.
Coordination with other departments (IP CORE, transmission core, BSS AND RF) for
fault localization.
Vendor management.
Maintaining Microwave network’s KPIs.
Maintaining MW network availability and visibility.
Maintaining planed RSL for installed MW links.
