AGREEMENT BETWEEN SCHOOL AND STUDENTS REGARDING IGCSE SUBJECT

This agreement is made and entered into on [5/13/2024] by and between London International Schools,
located at [Shambat, Bahry, Sudan] (hereinafter referred to as "School"), and [STUDENT NAME], located
at [STUDENT ADDRESS] (hereinafter referred to as "Student").

WHEREAS, School desires to provide instruction in the IGCSE subject to Student, and Student desires to
receive such instruction; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants
contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT. This agreement shall apply to the IGCSE subject to be taught by School to
Student. The subject matter to be covered, the duration of the course, and the expected outcomes shall
be as set forth in the attached curriculum.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES OF SCHOOL. School shall provide qualified instructors to teach the IGCSE subject.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES OF STUDENT. Student shall attend all classes regularly and complete all assignments
on time. Student shall also participate in all tests and quizzes as required by School.

- Students should take a total of 8 subjects (2 compulsory +6 optional)
- Students have a period of 2 weeks to do any adjustments to his/her choices after which they will no be
allowed to any adjustments.
