FACTS OF THE CASE:
At about 10:30 A.M Ronnel Kim Bagni y Ramos 20 years old, single, student and a resident of Brgy. Camansi,
CSFLU went to the police station of Brgy. Tanqui, City of San Fernando, La Union and reported that his friend
Joemel y Apigo 20 years old, single, student and a resident of Brgy. Tanqui, CSFLU borrowed his motor vehicle
described as colored black Honda TMX 125 bearing plate number 892 AAT, Engine and Chassis number
KSW1OE026918/KSW10026277 was failed to be returned by his friend with their agreement time which
should be retuned at sharply 09:00 am.
According to Ronnel Kim Bagni y Ramos he passed by his friend house at Brgy. Tanqui, CSFLU then his friend
Joemel Apigo borrowed his motor vehicle for the purpose of buying a medicine and they agree to each other
that the motor vehicle must be returned at 09:00 am but then his friend Joemel Apigo failed to return the
motor vehicle and cannot be contacted anymore.

This Blotter Report was issued upon the request of the party concerned for all legal intent and purposes it may
serve.

1.On December 06, 2023, at about 11:00 A.M Ronnel Kim Bagni y Ramos 20 years old, single, student and a

reported that his friend Joemel y Apigo 20 years old, single, student and a resident of Brgy. Tanqui, CSFLU

3. The motive of incident is undetermined, and the case is still under investigation.

2.On December 06, 2023, at about 11:00 A.M Ronnel Kim Bagni y Ramos 20 years old, single, student and a
resident of Brgy. Camansi, CSFLU went to the police station of Brgy. Tanqui, City of San Fernando, La Union and
reported that his friend Joemel y Apigo 20 years old, single, student and a resident of Brgy. Tanqui, CSFLU

contacted anymore.
4. The suspect Joemel y Apigo is currently detained at LUPPO City Police Station, and a case of Estafa/Swindling
under Article 315 of the Revised Penal Code is pending for trial.
5. The case is already raffled at Branch 48 of LUPPO City Municipal Trial Court.
