Given this method of appointment in PTI Ggnstiution, what is status of General Body of PTI to appoint Fed. EC? Will you explain that in the same General Body meeting / Resolution, a Chief Organizer has been appointed by PTI. The same Chief Organizer has notified Mr. Rauf Hassan as Fed, CEC. In this Scenario, why PTI should not be proceeded against under Section 208(5) also?
