Subject: Supply of information regarding fee deposited by SC students for

the Session 2023-24.
Respected Sir/Madam

In reference to letter no. IGU Accts-881 dated 27.03.2024 subject cited

above you are again
requested to submit the list ofthe students as per format attached. The whole
exercise is being done
to reconcile the amount offee deposited by the SC students received from
the Government. It is
worth mentioning while applingfor PMS the student gives an Undertaking to
deposit the University
share within seven days after receiving the amount from government. Many
students/departments
take this undertaking lightly for which any action can be initiated against
them by the authority.
Hence you all are requested to make sure that the students deposit the Unive
rsity share within time.
The Information should be provided in Hard copy as well as in soft copy mode
as per the performa
within week.
