Chicken wing recipe

Ingredients:
Any Amount of Wings
2 cups of buttermilk
2 cups of Pickle juice
2/3 cup of hot sauce
1 stick of butter
1/3 cup of mayonnaise
1.5 tsp white vinegar
¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt (to taste)
Cayenne pepper (to taste)
Garlic powder (to taste)
Any amount of Corn starch because of the wings
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp of salt
2 tsp of onion powder
2 tsp of Chili powder
Pepper (to taste)

Steps:
1. Marinate wings with buttermilk and pickle juice for 30 minutes.

2. Combine in a small pot hot sauce, butter, mayo, vinegar, Worcestershire,


salt, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder over medium heat until well
combined.

3. In a medium bowl, combine cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, onion powder,


chili powder, and fresh cracked pepper. Whisk until combined.

4. Dredge wings in corn starch mixture and tap off excess.

5. Fry wings at 325 Fahrenheit for 5-6 minutes or well cooked.

6. Heat oil to 375 Fahrenheit, then fry again for a few minutes until golden
brown.

7. Toss in buffalo and enjoy!
