WRIT PETITION No.19785 of 2020

ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel

appearing for the petitioners had contended that in view of the

order passed by the respondents in T.O.O.Ms.No.923 dated

14.12.2020, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ

petition.

In view of the above submission, this Court is of the

considered view that with the issuance of T.O.O.Ms.No.923 dated

14.12.2020, the grievance of the petitioners has been resolved.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
