III. C.U. मे समय, दिनांक और बैटरी हाई दिखा रहा है दक नही यदि C.U. ऑन दकया जा सके .
IV. C.U. को चेक करने के बाि उसे Off कर िेना चालहए.

13.Reaching At Polling Station / Booth : –
I. Send SMS ‘RS’ - means Reached safely. और तब तक पोलिंग एजेट के कु छ सिसय लमिने ु जाएंगे और उससे लमिकर कि सुबह
5.30 तक ुने के मलए कहे गे िाकक Mock Poll समय पर शुर की जा सके.
II. Polling Station / Booth की लनरीक् करके यह तय कर िे दक दकसे कहाँ बैठाना है ?
III. Queue Slip तैयार रखे तादक वोट के दिन संधया 6.00 के बाद रोटर रहने पर ददया जा सके.
IV. Ready The Entry Pass For Polling Agent.

I. Appointment Letter of Polling Agent (Form 10) िेकर उसमे उसके हसताकर को लमिाते हए उसे
हसताकर करने के लिए कहेगे. इसके बाद फॉम् 10 को उसके कॉरेर मे डाल दे गेे
II. VVPAT को Unlock करना होगा और उसके नोब (Knob) को Vertical कर दे गेे

15. Mock Poll की शुरुत : –

I. Total Zero ददखाकर Mock Poll शुर करे गे. (Ballot Issue करने के बाद यदद Invalid ददखाए िो CRC करना चादहए).
II. Every Polling Agent से कम से कम 3 रोट करराना चादहए. समरर रहे , 50 से कम Mock Poll नहीं होना चादहए.
III. C.U. MOCK POLL Result Match with VVPAT Slip.
IV. Mock Poll शेर होने पर C.U. मे CRC (CLOSE, RESULT & CLEAR) कर लेना चादहए.
V. Total Press कर POLLED VOTE ZERO यह Polling Agent को ददखा दे ना चादहए.

18.Voting की शुरुत : at 7.00 AM
I. Poll Start करने से पूर् Register of Voters फॉम् 17A पर Sl. no 1 से पहले “Total in the Control Unit Checked & Found to be ZERO.’’ मलखना
अरशय चादहए और Pro और 1st Polling Officer का Sign. िथा Vote समापि होने के बाद इसी फॉम् के अंि मे “The Last Serial no of Voter
Register (Form 17A) is ……… ’’ (यदद TOTAL VOTE 810 है िो 810 मलख दे ना चादहए.)
II. SMS Poll Start : PS लिखकर लनिारटरत नंo पर भेज िे.
III. अब पीठासीन अचाकारी को बचे हुए िमाम Form और Letter को भरिे हुए उसे उसके तनाा्ररि Envelope मे डालिे हुए जाना चादहए िथा पोमलंग
एजेट का जहां-जहां Sign होगा कररािे रहना चादहए. IV. Polling Agent Movement Sheet पर हसताकर करवा िेना चालहए. यह जररी है.
IV. हर 2 घंटे के अंिराल पर TOTAL VOTE का SMS MALE – FEMALE के साथ भेजना पड़िा है .
V. अपराहन 3.00 बजे के बाद POLLING AGENT नहीं बदला जा सकिा है . यह उसे पहले ही बिा दे ना चादहए.

VI.अब जब ACTUAL VOTING शुर हो गई हो तो :

इसके बाद पीठासीन अचाकारी को STITCH BOOKLET & RECEIVING COUNTER के मलए
फॉम् भरिे रहना चादहए और उसे उसके उचचि Cover मे रखिे जाना चादहए, नजससे कागजो की भीड़

IV. टेण््र वोट नही होने की लसथलत मे सफे ि कागज मे NIL लिखकर Form मे डाल दे गे.
