AGREEMENT TO SELL

THIS DEED OF WILL IS ENTERED INTO ON THIS THE ___ DAY OF __________ 2024, (_______________)
AT BANGALORE.

I, DURGA N, aged about 53 years, Care of Ms. Soujanya Naresh presently residing at 1253, SF2 TNP
Towers, BTM 4th Stage, Vijaya Bank, Nightongales School, Devarachikkanahalli, Bannerghatta road,
Bangalore- 560076, DO HEREBY revoke all former Wills, Codicils, and Testamentary dispositions
made by me, and DECLARE this to be my PRESENT WILL AND TESTAMENT.

1. I have not made any will or other testamentary document, but if any made, I hereby revoke all
previous wills and codicils, if any and declare this to be my present will and testament.

2. I am maintaining good health and I am possessed of sound mind. This will is made by me of my
own independent decision and free violation and in perfectly sound health and sound mind, I
have not been influences, cajoled or coerced by any person.

3. I appoint Ms. SOUJANYA NARESH aged about 34 years presently residing at 1253, SF2 TNP
Towers, BTM 4th Stage, Vijaya Bank, Nightongales School, Devarachikkanahalli, Bannerghatta
road, Bangalore- 560076 to be the EXECUTOR of this WILL AND TESTAMENT with power to act
jointly or severally in their discretion.

4. My family consists of Two Daughters

5. My property consists of residential apartmenrt bearing No. 1253, SF2 TNP Towers, BTM 4th
Stage, Vijaya Bank, Nightingales School, Devarachikkanahalli, Bannerghatta road, Bangalore-
560076, which is more fully described as the Schedule hereunder hereinafter referred in the
Schedule Property.

6. I bequeath the Schedule Property in whatever form existing at the time of my death to the said
executor and trustees to hold the same on trust for the benefit of my daughter Ms. Soujanya
Naresh for her life time and till her death as herein after provided.

7. I direct that the said Executor shall pay my funeral and other expenses for obsequies
ceremonies, just debts, taxes and other liabilities, out of the property that I have at the time of
my death and the balance of my total properties shall be bequeathed .

 SCHEDULE PROPERTY
Residential apartment bearing No.SF-02, (Northern side) in Second floor, measuring 1150 sq. ft.
super built area together with 300 sq. ft. Undivided right, title and interest in Schedule ‘A’ property
with a covered car parking in the stilt floor and consisting of 2 bed room, hall, kitchen and vitrified
tiles
