 Minimum Weight of a Single job to accept for galvanizing is 50 Kg for Bath 02 & 100 Kg for
Bath 01
 So a minimum charge for a job of weighing 50 Kg or less for bath 02 would be Rs : 10400/=
& minimum charge for a job of weighing 100 Kg of less for bath 01 would be Rs : 19800/=.
 Please provide your VAT number when handing over the job for galvanizing.
 An additional charge of Rs.50/kg will be added for oil removal.
 The nuts & bolts are priced as centrifuged items.
 Thread cleaning charge will be added for non-centrifuged items.
 Other additional charges will be added according to the job if necessary.
 A charge of 100% of the net price plus applicable additional charges with taxes will be added for
paint or any other coating removal

Quality of incoming material for galvanizing

The items should be

 Free of Oils grease or Paint.
 Free from excessive rust
 The items should be free of welding slag, welding spatters and un-completed welding.
 All items should be designed & fabricated according to the design requirements of galvanizing.
 Provided with holes in hollow sections for trapped air to flow out.
Any type of section or pipe that can be accommodated within the above galvanizing bath sizes, can be
galvanized. Please contact us before fabricating items for galvanizing; we can give you guidelines to fabricate
particular items in good manner to suit your purpose and better galvanizing.
Quality Certificates
We can provide quality certificates of coating thickness on prior request. A nominal fee of Rs.2000/= per job
will be charged at initial estimation stage for the issue of a certificate of quality in print form.
Certificates of quality in printed form requested more than two weeks after the removal of Items from our
Factory will be charged at Rs. 3000/= per report per job, therefore please request certificates if necessary, at the
point of handing over the job.
Validity,
The above quote is valid only for two weeks
Subjected to LME Zn price Fluctuation
Payment Terms – 100% Payment before collection
No Warranty period and Repair works
