CLIMATE

The climate of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands


is tropical but is moderated by sea breezes.
Temperatures typically rise from the low 70s F
(about 23 °C) into the mid-80s F (about 30 °C)
daily throughout the year. Overall, Andaman and
Nicobar Islands have a humid Weather and have
no winter season. Rain season lasts for 180 days
in a year. The southwest monsoon touches the
Indian soil first in the Andamans and then
proceeds towards the Indian mainland.
