➢ Responsibilities and Work History:
o Company-Wide SSH and Sudo Management Service
o Owned service that controls SSH and sudo on millions of Amazon’s Linux servers across all regions
o Added functionality to control the rate at which SSH configuration changes are deployed instead of all servers at
once.
o Implemented cross-region data store failover so that the service can continue to operate in a region that is
experiencing an S3 outage.
o Led a cross-disciplinary team in a campaign to have all of our customers upgrade the clients running on their EC2
instances in 20,000 AWS accounts. Developed automation for customers, designed the communication and
ticketing strategy, and managed over 3000 tickets that I cut to customer teams using a mix of internal tools and
