Here's how to prepare Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken:

Ingredients:

● 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

● Juice of 2 lemons
● 2 tablespoons olive oil
● 2 cloves garlic, minced
● 1 teaspoon dried thyme
● 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
● Salt and pepper to taste
● Optional: Fresh herbs like parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, dried
thyme, and dried rosemary. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the
marinade over the chicken, making sure it's evenly coated. Cover the dish or
seal the bag, and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30
minutes, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.
3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade
and discard any excess marinade.
4. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they are cooked
through and have nice grill marks. The internal temperature should reach 165°F
(75°C) when measured with a meat thermometer.
5. Once the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a
few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
6. Serve the grilled lemon herb chicken hot with your favorite sides, such as
roasted vegetables, salad, or rice.

Enjoy your delicious and flavorful grilled lemon herb chicken!
