Travel Itinerary

DAY 1 - WELCOME TO BAKU. PANORAMIC TOUR

Upon your arrival at the airport, you will be greeted by your tour representative who will assist you
with the transfer to a restaurant where you will have lunch. After lunch, you will be transferred to
your hotel for check-in. You will have some free time to relax and settle in.

In the evening, there will be an assembly at the hotel lobby to start the panoramic tour of Baku. The
tour will begin with a visit to Highland Park-Alley of Martyrs, a memorial park dedicated to the fallen
heroes of Azerbaijan.

Next, you will visit the National Assembly, also known as Milli Majlis, which is the legislative body of
Azerbaijan. One of the highlights of the tour will be the Flame Towers, the iconic trio of skyscrapers
that stand as a symbol of modern Baku. These towers are the tallest buildings in the city and offer
stunning views of the surrounding area.

Afterward, you will take a leisurely walk through Baku Boulevard, a picturesque promenade that
stretches along the south-facing bay of the Caspian Sea. The boulevard starts at Freedom Square
and continues west towards the Old City, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. Since
2012, the addition of Yeni Bulvar (New Boulevard) has extended the length of the boulevard to 3.75
km. In the evening, you will have dinner at a restaurant to conclude the day's activities.

DAY 2 - BAKU CITY TOUR

Breakfast at the hotel.

Start the city tour by visiting the Old City, the historic core of Baku. Surrounded by well-protected
walls, the Old City is the ancient part of Baku. It is home to notable landmarks such as the Palace of
the Shirvanshahs and Maiden Tower, both recognized as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Explore the
Old City on a walking tour.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

Next, experience the vibrant atmosphere of Nizami Street, a bustling street known for its shopping
opportunities. The street has a rich history dating back to Baku's town-planning project in 1864. It
stretches through the city's downtown area and offers a variety of shops and cafes.

We shall continue the tour with a visit to the impressive Heydar Aliyev Center. Designed by renowned
architect Zaha Hadid, this 57,500 m2 building complex showcases modern architecture with its
distinctive curved style. Named after Heydar Aliyev, a former leader of Azerbaijan, the center is a
remarkable example of contemporary design.

Conclude the day with dinner at a restaurant.

DAY 3 - FLAME TOUR

Breakfast at the hotel.

The tour begins with a visit to Ateshgah (Fire Worshippers Temple), a historic temple that served as a
place of worship for Hindus and Zoroastrians. The pentagonal complex, dating back to the 17th and
18th centuries, features a courtyard surrounded by cells for monks and a central tetra pillar-altar.
Next, you will take a trip to "Fire Mountain" or Yanardag, located 25 km north of Baku on the
Absheron Peninsula. Yanardag is known for its natural gas fire, where flames continuously blaze on
the hillside. It is a captivating phenomenon that has earned Azerbaijan the reputation as the "land of
fire."

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

We shall visit the Bibi-Heybat Mosque, a historical mosque in Baku. The present-day structure is a
recreation of the original mosque built in the 13th century, which was unfortunately destroyed in
1936. The mosque includes the tomb of Ukeyma Khanum, a descendant of the Islamic Prophet
Muhammad. It holds significance as a spiritual center for Muslims in the region and stands as a
prominent example of Islamic architecture in Azerbaijan.

Embark on a shopping tour starting at Ganjlik Mall, the largest mall in Baku. Offering over 80 stores,
bowling halls, movie theaters, a 3D cinema, children's playground, Bravo supermarket, and various
dining options.

Conclude the day with dinner at a restaurant.

Depart for Gabala, located in the north-west of Azerbaijan, approximately 225 km (3 hours) away from
Baku. Arrival in Gabala.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

Embark on an excursion in Gabala, known for its scenic beauty and outdoor activities. Explore the
options of cable car rides, skiing on various difficulty level tracks, ski training and school, and
facilities like cafes, restaurants, and entertainment centers for kids. Gabala offers a range of services
to cater to visitors.

On the way back, we will visit Lake Nohur, situated in the mountains of Gabala. This beautiful lake
offers a captivating view for those who venture a bit deeper into the mountains.
Conclude the day with dinner at a restaurant.

Our Terms & Conditions are strictly followed and applied. We encourage you to read and agree with
them carefully before booking a trip with us.

Every humanly possible care will be taken for the safety of members, still each venture can be
fraught with endangers of unforeseen natural disasters. In any such type of accident during the
whole tour, the company, group leader and the tour organisers will not be held responsible in any
form.
All members are expected to avoid indulgence in any act reflecting moral or character failing
during the activities. Use of violent behaviour including altercation, insinuations of indecent kind,
verbal and physical abuse and assault, aggravated behaviour, or any other act amounting to
unbecoming of member are strictly prohibited.
Using drugs or found party to drug sale or possession is strictly prohibited. If anyone finds or
caught using any kind of drug will be expelled from the trip right away on the spot and the person
will not be eligible for any kind of refund.
All members would give extra care for the local environmental care .Garbage (tins. Water bottles,
wrappers etc) shall be suitably disposed without polluting water sources.
The host reserves the right to cancel trip without prior notice for any reasons deemed
appropriate by them. In such a case the registered participants will receive refund.
On a tour of this type, weather, local politics, transport or a multitude of other factors beyond
the control of organisers can result in a change of itinerary. It is, however, very unlikely that the
itinerary would be substantially altered; if alterations are necessary the Leader and Guide will
decide what is the best alternative, taking into consideration the best interests of the whole
group.
The Organisers reserves the right to use event photos for electronic/digital media.
Smoking in the transport is strictly prohibited.
Meals shall be decided by the management.
Please take extra care of your personal belongings while on the tour, every country you travel to
is prone to thefts and bag snatching. Company will not be liable for any loss of
belongings/baggage.

Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, theft,
injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour
arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and
all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers. Insurance policies must be carried
while on tour.
The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or
changes in schedules of train, air plane, bus, ship or other services.
There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour.
Standard International check in time 14:00 to 15:00 hrs & check out 12 noon. Early check in & late
check subject to availability and at hotel discretion.
In case of no-show, early check out, short stay there will be no refund.
Price may change at the time of booking based on Hotel / Airfare availability and change in
currencies ROE.
n case of any visa rejection, Visa charges are non-refundable.
It is important that participants must understand that the organisers cannot be responsible for
the personal safety and well-being of participants, and that the participants must accept
responsibility for the assumptions of any risks. The organisers will not be responsible for any loss,
injury, or damages suffered by the participants while travelling.
Furthermore, the participants must accept responsibility for their own actions and behaviour
during the above trip. Registered members must agree with the mentioned terms & conditions
and discuss it before making payment.

Cancellation Policy

Payment is non-refundable if cancellation is made any time before 5 days of the trip.
If anyone runs late while departure, organisers will wait for no more than 15 minutes.
Only the decision of organisers will be considered as Final.

Price Does Not Include:

Portage, tips, laundry, porters, telephone charges, transfers all items of personal nature and also
food and drinks ordered within or outside of Hotel.
Any medical urgency.
Cost of suggested optional excursion.
