RELEASE DEED.

This DEED OF RELEASE has been executed on this the Thirty First Day of October Two Thousand and
Twelve (31-10-2012) at Mysore :

By Sri. ______S/o ______aged about ______ years, a resident of ______Main Road, ______,
________, Mysore, hereinafter referred to as the RELEASORS of the One Part;

TO AND IN FAVOUR OF :

Sri______ S/o Late. ______, aged about ______ years, a resident of ______Bangalore-560085
hereinafter referred to as the RELEASEE of the Other Part;

The term RELEASORS and RELEASEE shall mean and include their heirs, executors, legal
representatives and assigns etc.,

WHEREAS, the property bearing No. ______ in Janjar No. ______situated at ______Panchayat Limits,
______village, ______Hobli, ______Taluk, Mysore, was purchased by the Releasor vide a Registered
Sale Deed dated ________, bearing No.______________ from its erstwhile owner Sri______.

WHEREAS,

NOW THIS DEED OF RELEASE WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS;

1) THAT the RELEASOR in consideration of receipt of a sum of Rs.3,47,000/-(Three Lakhs and


Forty Seven Thousands Only) vide a demand draft bearing No. ______drawn ______Bank,
______Branch, Mysore, payable at Mysore to the REALEASOR. The REALEASOR has released
RELEASEE herein has released and relinquished all his rights in the property (entire rights)
more fully described in the Schedule hereunder in favour of the RELEASEE herein.

2) THAT, the RELEASOR hereafter do not have any right, title, interest over the schedule
mentioned property and the RELEASEE hereafter shall enjoy the same absolutely with full
right, title and interest over the property more fully described in the schedule hereunder.
3) THAT the RELEASOR covenant and undertake to execute any further documents that may be
necessary for assuring the title in favour of the RELEASEE herein in respect of the property
more fully described in the schedule hereunder at the cost of the RELEASEE.

4) That the RELEASOR, does hereby declare that the RELEASEE is entitled to have her name
incorporated as the owner of the schedule property in the records of the society, panchayat,
statutory bodies by transferring share, title and interest in her name. And the RELEASOR will
do every such assurance or thing for further or more perfectly assuring the property released
to the REALEASEE as may be reasonably required.

5) The entire stamp duty and registration expense of this has been borne by the RELEASEE only.

6) The REALEASOR has this day handed over all documents pertaining to the schedule property
to the RELEASEE and the RELEASEE acknowledges the receipt of the same.

7) THAT, furthermore, RELEASOR assures to indemnify and keep RELEASEE the Vendee against
all losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses, if any, suffered by reason of any defect in
the title of the Vendor or by any breach of covenants hereunder contained.

SCHEDULE OF PROPERTY.

All that piece and parcel of the site property bearing no. ______ in Janjar No. ______situated at
______Panchayat Limits, ______Village, ______Hobli, ______Taluk, Mysore, bounded on the

East by :

West by : Road,

North by : Road and

South by : site Property No. ______


Totally measuring East to West ______ feet and North to South ______feet.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the RELEASOR AND THE RELEASEE have signed this RELEASE DEED on the
day month and year herein above mentioned in the presence of the following witnesses at Mysore.
