 Responsible for the on going coal getting and maintaining the loading
activity of the coal against the hauling truck so that no problems
occur, set the hauling truck queue and keep the safe distance of
parking when atloading point, always communicating to the excavator
operator loading and to driver truck hauling if there are abuse
procedures loading that conform to company standard, making
reporting to a hauling coal supervisor.

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all personnel including contractors working within the
mining area.
Monitor the availability and utilization of contractor heavy equipment.
Manage the performance of contractors in stripping overburden and expose coal in a safe environment
Sign the production report made by the foreman and make a report on all activities in the mine including: pit
activity, disposal and general activities

Provide direction to mining foreman and heavy equipment operators regarding occupational health and safety,
placement of heavy equipment (fleet management) and daily coal production targets
Supervise and evaluate all activities in the pit area; disposal and hauling roads
Coordinate with contractors regarding work plans and daily targets to be achieved
