II. MATTERS TO BE INVESTIGATED

1. To determine the facts and circumstances surrounding the incident.


2. To determine the extent of criminal liabilities of the suspects.
3. To possible identity of the suspect that will lead to their apprehension and
possible prosecution.
III. FACTS OF THE CASE

Information gathered from the first responder, based on the statement of the

witness upon his arrival on the house he saw the victim lying on the floor covering the

victim’s body with blood.

The team noted that the victim had stab wound on the lower right part of the

stomach and suffered an excessive blood loss that leads to kidney failure.
The S.O.C.O Team processed the crime scene, search for the possible

evidence, photograph the entire area where the crime scene occurs, put a marking of

pieces of evidence and the victim’s body and removed the body after the crime scene

investigation.

IV. INVESTIGATION FINDINGS

The investigator found the body of the victim lying on the floor

covered with blood. The victim had a stab wound on the lower right part of the

stomach which suffered a kidney failure and excessive blood loss that leads to

his death.

V. CONCLUSION

After careful analysis of the facts and circumstances, the crime of

homicide can be legally considered against the suspect. Without being

repetitious, lacking any qualifying circumstances the crime should be merely

homicide, not murder.

NARRATIVE REPORT

At approximately 1800 on May 27, 2023 there was a call and officers were dispatched
to Barangay 9-Pinaric to investigate a crime scene. Upon arriving on the scene, the
investigator met PO1 Miñas to describe the scene as he saw it and the witness statements.
