ERRORS AND OMMISIONS PREFACE

Error: An error is a deviation from accuracy or correctness. It

encompasses mistakes in action, speech, or judgment. In the
context of your eBook “SETTING UP YOUR ESTATE PRIVATE BANK
& FOREIGN GRANTOR TRUST”, errors might include inaccuracies,
typographical blunders, or other missteps.
Omissions: Omissions occur when something that should have
been included or done is left out. It’s the act of not including a
particular person, thing, or piece of information. In your case, the
“Errors and Omissions” version of your eBook acknowledges that
certain content was missing or overlooked.
“Errors and Omissions” eBook takes a transparent approach. It not
only identifies the locations of errors but also provides the corrected
information.
To the buyers of the original eBook, I sincerely apologize for any
inconvenience caused by the errors. As a creator, I strive for
perfection, but sometimes mistakes occur. Rest assured that I’ve
rectified these issues in the “Errors and Omissions” version. Thank
you for your understanding and continued support.
If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, feel
free to ask!

Best Wishes,
Kristina

WHAT AN IRS AGENT TOLD ME
For the Estate, Private Bank & Foreign Grantor Trust, an IRS agent told me
that the IRS systems do not accept colons (:), or semi colons (;). For example,
in the original eBook “SETTING UP YOUR ESTATE PRIVATE BANK &
FOREIGN GRANTOR TRUST”, the Trustee for the Foreign Grantor Trusts
name is
“Jane-Mary: Doe”. Since the IRS system doesn’t recognize colons (:), we will
change the Trustees name to “Jane-Doe”. Only hyphens (-) are acceptable.
In the original eBook, Line # 7a of the SS-4, located on page #17 is blank. This
is an omission. There should be a name there. You can use the name “Ms. Jane
Doe” or “Mr. Jane Doe”.
Line # 3 of the SS-4 on Page 13 of the original eBook
the Executors name of the Estate is “Jane-Mary Doe”
Since there is no colon (:) or semi colon (;) in the name of the Executor, the
name will remain unchanged. If you do not have a middle-name or middle
initial, it is acceptable to use “Jane-Doe”. Don’t worry that the name for the
Executor is the same as the name of the Trustee for the Foreign Grantor
Trust. Those two entities are not the same. This will not cause any issues or
delays. Remember, these are all fictions.
Line # 3 of the SS-4 on Page 15 of the original eBook
the name of the Trustee of the Private Bank is “Jane: Doe”
Since there is a colon (:) in the name, the corrected name of the Trustee for the
Private Bank can be “Jane Doe”.

AM I THE GRANTOR/TRUSTEE OR THIRD-PARTY
DESIGNEE? (FOR FOREIGN GRANTOR TRUST)

When calling the IRS, its best to call as a third-party designee. The agent will
ask for your SSN number, simply state “I do not have an SSN number”. This
is true, because you are a foreigner. The agent will move on to the next
question. It is acceptable to provide your date of birth and a phone number. If
you don’t have a P.O. box, it’s okay for your designees address to be the same
as the mailing address on line 4a of the SS-4 for the Foreign Grantor Trust.
The IRS agent will destroy the SS-4 after the entity is created.

Example name for your third-party designee. You can use the name “Mary
Doe”. See what I did there? I simply took the middle name and last name and
used that as the name of the third-party designee.
