We write to you in connection with the above referenced crime you have
purportedly committed against ATI'Y. LE:ULA DIANNE G. CANTOS-KING by
imputing to her that she is allegedly having an illicit affair with a man other
than her husband.
Based on the authentic evidence, documents, information and the
voluminous testimonies of the various persons to whom you have spread such
false imputations, you arc purportedly GUILTY of the above CRIME and may
suffer IMPRISONMENT of up to more or leu two f:21 years because of the
same.
Your crime of slander/false rumors/imputatio ns have not only disturbed
the peace of mind of ATI'Y. LEULA DIANNE G. CANTOS-KING and her family, to
their great prejudice and suffering. The crime you have committed has also
caused HUMILIATION, EMBARASSMENT and DISHONOR to her name, even
though such rumors arc false, there being no grain of truth whatsoever to what
you are spreading to the community.

For your further information, what you are imputing to ATI'Y. LEULA
DIANNE G. CANTOS-KING is obviously a crime which you have to back up with
hard and existent evidence other than your baseless, invented and false
statements. You will not able to find any evidence regarding such false rumor
because there is actually NONE. ATI'Y. LEULA DIANNE G. CANTOS-KING and
her family know the truth. And there is no illicit affair you arc talking about
and falsely and illegally spreading among the community. Simply put, you are
destroying the name, honor and reputation of a person who has done nothing
to you.

Because of the foregoing, we will be initiating all the legal action against
you including referring this matter immediately to the local authorities, the
police, the barangay and the Department of Interior Local Government.

Nonetheless, as saving grace, but reserving all our rights, interests,

causes of actions and claims against you, LAST, FINAL AND RESOLUTE
DEMAND is hereby made upon you to:

(1) CEASE and DESIST from further committing the crime of

spreading false rumors against ATI'Y. LEULA DIANNE G. CANTOS-KING
by imputing to her that she is allegedly having an illicit affair with a man
other than her husband;

(DILG and the Office of the Ombudsman, among others) which may
purportedly entail your removal/termination from your public position and
dishonorable discharge from public service.

attending circumstances.
