Offer of conditional admission to the Master's degree programme in Mechanical Engineering (MSc
in Engineering), Summer intake at Aarhus University

Dear Diogo Miguel Póvoa Perdigão

Aarhus University is pleased to offer you conditional admission to the Master’s degree programme
in Mechanical Engineering (MSc in Engineering), Summer intake.

It is important that you read this entire letter carefully so that you understand what you need to do
and when.

Please note that this is the only offer of admission to a Master’s degree programme at Aarhus
University that you will receive. Applications to any other programmes with a lower priority you
might have submitted have been annulled.

Conditional admission
Conditional admission means that your admission will only become final and official when you meet
all of the degree programme’s admission requirements and accept the offer of admission.

These are the admission requirements you still need to meet:

You must document, that you have passed and completed your Bachelor’s degree within 23
September 2024.

You can find more information about deadlines for upload of final documentation here:
https://masters.au.dk/deadlines-and-important-dates/upload-final-documentation-to-your-
application.

How to document that you meet the admission requirements

When you have met all of the admission requirements, you must submit documentation of this to us.

When you successfully complete your Bachelor’s degree programme at Aarhus University,
you do not need to write to us. We will retrieve your documentation automatically.
When you successfully complete a Bachelor’s degree programme at another Danish
university, we automatically retrieve your documentation of a passed Bachelor’s degree
programme if you gave your consent to data exchange when you submitted your application.
However, you must still write to ma.admission@au.dk and inform us that you have passed.

If you are not completing your Bachelor’s degree at one of the Danish universities or you did
not consent to data exchange when you submitted your application, you must write to
ma.admission@au.dk and ask to have your application reopened. Next, you must upload your
Bachelor’s degree diploma or your authorised transcript of records yourself.

If you must document that you meet specific admission requirements/language

requirements/supplementary courses, you must always write to ma.admission@au.dk and ask
to have your application reopened. You must then upload the necessary documentation
yourself.

It is important that you accept this offer of admission by the deadline if you wish to accept it.
