This place is brand new and although the food was good we had some issues which is why it
only got 3 stars.

When we first arrived there was about five people around the check in desk. One of which kept
yawning. When it was our time to be seated no one was in site. The yawning girl came and
basically said no she wasn't going to seat us so we had to wait for another gal to come.

Ambiance- the restaurant is somewhere between California grill and the wave some things
seem to be higher class type things others not. The place where we were seated was one of 3
poorly lit areas and it was pretty dark to try to read the Menu. Also the chairs are very heavy to
try and move on the carpet so it's a struggle to try and sit properly.

Server- our server was very nice however saying everything on the menu is good isn't very
helpful. Other than that though she was good.

Food- They bring you complimentary bread with two different types of olive oil it was good but
was in the shape of these paint brush ends which makes it kind of crunchy. For my entree I had
the Rigatoni Pasta with chicken. It was very good but rich. It has very big leaves of basil or
something like that which I feel could be chopped up or removed. For my moms entree she had
the Filet which was good but it came out very cool temperature wise. It comes with truffle
mashed potatoes which are good if you like truffle like me. The garnish on this was a big ugly
roasted onion which served no purpose and both of us thought it was weird.

Overall it was good but there are logisical things that need to be worked out. Also know it is
pretty spendy but they do take tables in wonderland now if you have that.

Wow was this disappointing. We waited over a half hour over our reservation time to find plenty
of open tables in the restaurant. Our waitress was very nice but the food was just not good and
way over priced.

To start I had the ratatouille fritters which I assumed were balls and they were not they were flat
pancake shapes with sauce I could have made better at home. For my entree I had the
cauliflower steak which came out charred and was smaller than my fist. It had no seasoning on
it at all besides a tiny bit of a red sauce that ultimately ended up on my plate. There was no salt
or pepper to be found on the cauliflower making it small, bland and boring. The rest was find but
for $37 this is ridiculously overpriced. I did tell the waitress and she ended up giving us a free
dessert because she felt bad. My mom got the sole which she was told was crispy and it was
not. She had the same bland charred cauliflower in hers and it was dredged in a butter sauce
that she said really hurt her stomach there was so much.

Overall not a good experience and we won't be coming back.

Love that there is a new location. The hours posted aren't necessarily the hours they are open
you just have to check. The drive through was open when I went the other day but I did a mobile
pick up. If you go in you have to basically mobile order on screens and there are very few tables
to sit at. Overall it was good but my chalupa was made incorrectly which was upsetting since I
can't have dairy and they put sour cream on it. I will be back but I hope they pay attention better
when making orders.

I can honestly say this was the worst dining experience I've ever had! And as a vegan (not
eaten meat for 34 years) and with an allergy I've had bad service many times before, but
nothing like this. I would like to add I am an epipen carrier so a dairy reaction can be very
serious for me.

We were seated with my allergy menu and Allan our server told my friend her options. Then
turned to me and said "dairy allergy". I said yes but I'm vegan anyway so I know what I'm
having. He said "well I'm just interested in the allergy as I need to fill out 3 lots of paperwork". Bit
abrupt but, whatever.

Off he went for 5 mins, again just speaking to my friend when he returns. I asked which wine
has no dairy in. He says "it's all fine, wine never has dairy in". We both said, yes it does. To
which he replies "well I'm the expert and I'm telling you it doesn't!" Then he asked Kate what she
wanted and I said, please can I just have a glass of any white wine that's safe for me to have.
He said "well maybe you shouldn't drink wine then", and walked away. I was so shocked, we
both just sat there in silence and I was literally shaking!

Eventually the Manager Kyle came over with a glass of wine for me to try. We said how rude the
server was. He said he'd have a word with him. Allan continued to serve us, but spoke only to
my friend and ignored me. In the end I had to call over the Manager and say Allan upset me so
much I didn't want him serving me. I was almost in tears as I was speaking to him. He said he'd
look after us personally, that was the last time we saw him!

Food arrived, starters were mediocre at best. I like spicy but the sauce with the zucchini fritters
was so hot you couldn't taste any flavour and the gnocchi was tasteless. My main course
cauliflower was actually pretty good. My friend's fillet mignon was inedible and burnt. No one
had checked on us, so we had to call someone over to send it back, no sign of the Manager and
it took 20 minutes for food to come out again, by which point I'd long finished mine and we'd
been there 80 minutes.

When we asked for the check it was for the full $225. Normally I wouldn't say anything. We've
had $400 meals before where there's been issues but handled well and happily paid. This we
were not happy to pay!! We asked for the manager but he didn't want to speak to us, but took
off Kate's main course and 2 glasses of wine. Total was still $145 (which included $20 tip!) and
to be frank I feel I've been robbed!

You can tell that the issues come from the top down due to the Manager's attitude. I will add
servers (Albert I think and Mia) and chef Chris were lovely and tried to help us. European fine
dining this restaurant is not! For the same cost as this meal we had an amazing dining
experience, with excellent food and service at Citricos. Save your money and dine there
instead.

Awful
Sep 2023 • Family
Awful. We have been to Disney 3 times this year and 9 times in 4 years. Experienced Disney
family. Dined here previously 9/2022. This time it was the worst restaurant experience and
waitress. There was a new Rivera employee dining next to us and the waitress was over
attentive to them. 21 table visits for them (I counted) vs 10 table visits for us. Never have we felt
so disconnected at a restaurant. Appetizer plates were still on the table when entrees were
served and only cleared when we asked. Restaurant burnt our 8 & 10 year olds filets. Burnt! I
had to go to the servers station to inform the manager. Waitress MIA. Boys waited 25 minutes
for a re due and lost appetite while parents food got cold. I had to go to the servers station again
to ask for ketchup for the kids fries. Waitress MIA. I had to go to the servers station a 3rd time to
pay my bill. Waitress MIA. Upon leaving I notifies the restaurant manager (brunette woman) who
sarcastically told me to have a nice day. I stopped at the front desk and the hotel manager gave
me a card if I wanted to file a complaint instead of handling his own property’s issue. Not once
did anyone from the restaurant or hotel say I’m sorry. Complete failure by management in
basics Restaurant 101 etiquette. To pay $54 p/entree and be treated poorly is unacceptable.
