Patient Conditions:
1. Bed 1
Patient Mr.A , 57 yo, 70 kg
Diagnose: Post CABG 3 VD 3 graft+AV repair, day 0
The patient was intubated and installed on a pressure control mode ventilator, installed on CRRT
and an IABP machine. WSD was installed with drains in the pleura and mediastinal. Left radial
artery line, right jugular CVC, right hand IV line, urinary catheter, and NGT tube. Medication drip:
dopamine, vascon, adrenaline, fentanyl, icunes, heparin.

2. O2 cylinder portable
3. Patient bed/brancard

Staff needed:
1 person as patient
6 person as nurses (2 person handle the bed, 1 on airway, 1 on CRRT machine, 1 on IABP machine,
1 on O2 portable)
1. Bed 2
Patient Mr. B, 70 yo, 70 kg
Diagnose: Post CABG 3 graft + MV Repair, day 1
The patient was intubated and installed on a pressure control mode ventilator, installed on IABP
machine and temporary pacemaker. WSD was installed with drains in to pleura and mediastinal,
mini drain on mediastinum. Left radial artery line, right jugular CVC, left hand IV line, urinary
catheter and NGT tube. Medication drip: dopamine, vascon, fentanyl, recofol, heparin.

Patient Mrs. D, 35 yo, 50 kg
Diagnose: Post CABG 3VD day 2
The patient was intubated and installed on a pressure control mode ventilator, installed with
drain in the pleura and mediastinal, urinary catheter, left radial artery line, right jugular CVC,
right hand IV line, medication drip: dobutamine 5 mcg.
