afforded the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge, develop essential skills, and cultivate a
deeper understanding of their chosen field.

The Work Immersion program for Grade 12 STEM students spans a total of 80 hours,
ensuring a comprehensive and meaningful experience. This duration has been strategically designed
to provide students with a substantial exposure to the dynamic and ever-evolving nature of STEM-
related industries. Throughout this period, students will actively participate in various activities,
projects, and tasks that align with their academic focus, allowing them to hone their skills, collaborate
with professionals, and witness firsthand the challenges and innovations within their chosen field.

Beyond the fulfillment of academic requirements, the Work Immersion program serves as a

discovery, helping students identify their strengths, interests, and areas of passion within the vast
realm of STEM disciplines. Through mentorship, exposure to diverse work environments, and
engagement with industry professionals, students gain valuable insights that aid them in making
informed decisions about their future academic and career pursuits.

In essence, the Work Immersion program for Grade 12 STEM students is a transformative
journey that goes beyond the confines of traditional classrooms. It serves as a steppingstone,
empowering students to chart their course in the world of STEM with confidence, purpose, and a deep
understanding of the practical applications of their academic endeavors. As they navigate through the
