Circular: After School Sports Activity 2024-25

Dear Parents,

Warm greetings to all!

We are thrilled to announce the commencement of the Gopalan After School Sports activities at the
Gopalan International School Campus, starting on June 15, 2024, and concluding on January 31, 2025.
These activities will be held from 2:45 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., providing students with an excellent opportunity
to engage in physical activity and team sports.

To facilitate your planning, please note that the bus departure time is scheduled for 4:15 p.m. This
arrangement ensures that students can actively participate in the activities and safely return home
thereafter.

We kindly request that students come prepared with all the necessary sports kits for practice sessions.
Additionally, providing them with light snacks will help maintain their energy levels throughout the
activities.

We eagerly anticipate seeing our students enthusiastically participate and enjoy these after-school sports
activities.
