AmBank IT Facility Room – Access Card Reader

Please be informed that AmBank Security Unit together with Group IT have appointed Tamico
System Sdn Bhd to install new Access Card Reader for all IT Facility Rooms (formerly known
as IT Network Room) at each floor as per schedule below.

For activity A (Access Door Reader Installation), there will be drilling work for less than 5
minutes and appreciate your consideration to allow or else they have to do it after office hour
which will incur additional cost to the Business Unit.

Note: Activity B will be carried out after office hour.
