 CONCESSIONAIRES GUIDELINES

The Marketing Committee shall solicit interested parties to participate as concessionaires

selling foodduringthe event.

Food can be anything from siomai, sandwiches, BBQ, siopao, and popcorn to rice toppings, milk tea,
iced coffee, etc. A list of the concessionaire’s product line and price list should be submitted upon
signing of the contract, which is subject to the approval of the Marketing Committee.

A 10x10 ft. tent, 1 long table, and 3 chairs for the personnel. It will be provided by the events team.
Concessionaires can also bring their own tables and chairs.

A rental fee of P 2,500 for non-food concessionaires, P 3,000 for non-food with electricity and food
without electricity, and P 3,500 for food concessionaires shall be collected by the event organizers,
which is inclusive of electrical supply.

Actual cooking using electric stoves only can be allowed in the venue. Extension cords are to be
provided by concessionaires in the event that they use. Please take note that LPG and Griller is strictly
prohibited at the venue.

Items to be sold and their selling price shall be submitted to event organizers prior to the event for
approval to avoid duplication of food items and conflicts with sponsorship lock-out. The food products
to be sold by each concessionaire should range from 3 to 5 in kind.

Only two to three personnel from each concessionaire shall be provided with IDs; additional manpower
shall inform the organizer ahead of time.

Concessionaires should ensure the cleanliness of their areas and the proper disposal of their garbage.
Please ensure that you bring your own garbage bags. The concessionaire will bring their garbage outside
the venue.

No Styrofoam, plastic wrappers, drinking straws, cups and bags.

Concessionaires electricity will be only be available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on the day of the event.

All concessionaires will be allowed to enter the venue by 5:00 AM on the day of the event to set up.
The participants will be allowed to enter the DLSU Cavite Campus at 6:00 AM. The program will start
at 7:30 AM until 4:00 PM.

Ingress and egress of all the Concessionaires are only through the Magdiwang Gate (Gate 3).

Deadline of Submission of the Concessionaires Form and the DLSU Conforme will be
on April 30, 2024 (Tuesday). Email it to marketing@livechristsharechrist.net and put NEC
