(1) I say that Mr. Hasmukhbhai Lavjibhai Savliya alias Harsukh Patel &
Mr. Jaisukh Lavji Patel were the joint lawful owner, using and
occupying the Flat No. 409, on the Fourth Floor, admeasuring area
36.43 sq.mtrs (Built-up area), in the building and the society known
as The Diwakar Bhavan Co-op Hsg. Soc. Ltd., at Plot no. 12 & 13
Narayan Nagar, Bhayandar (West), Taluka & District Thane-401
101, constructed on plot of land bearing Old Survey no. 16, 17, 18;
New Survey no. 352, 355, 353 and Hissa no. 1P,1P,2P at revenue
village of Bhayander, Taluka & Dist. Thane.
(2) I say that Mr. Hasmukhbhai Lavjibhai Savliya alias Harsukh Patel &
Mr. Jaisukh Lavji Patel was a bona-fide member of the society and
holding share certificate no. 61 for five fully paid up shares of Rs.
50/- each number from No. 301 to 305 (both inclusive).
(3) That Mr. Hasmukhbhai Lavjibhai Savliya alias Harsukh Patel died
intestate on 13/07/2023 and leaving behind his following surviving
legal heirs –

(1) The expression “a member of a family” means as defined under bye-law
