Commercial understanding between MediaGuru and All African for OTT/IPTV Project

All African Entrepreneurs PLC will get 8% commission from Ethio- telecom OTT &IPTV a project.the net revenue
received by MediaGuru Consultants FZ-LLC from Ethio Telecom. We agreed the financial agreement will be
similar with Ethio- telecom agreed Revenu share. All technolgy plat fonn contents and other related fee will
cover 100% by MEDIA Guru pre investment cost.
