Aerobic Endurance
A measure of the greatest amount of force that muscles produce during a
single maximal effort.
Muscular Endurance The ability to move two or more body parts under control, smoothly and
efficiently.
If your muscles need to contract in a similar pattern more than once, you are
using muscular endurance.
The ability to move quickly across the ground or move limbs rapidly to grab or
throw.
Speed
The body’s ability to sustain medium to high intensity physical exercise for
extended periods of time through the continual acquisition of oxygen.
Balance
It is a vital component of athletic performance in most forms of exercise and
sports. Aerobic endurance enables the body to maintain the blood and oxygen
supply required for a particular effort over a period of time.
Agility
Reaction Time
The ability to assume extended positions and then maintain them using only
your weight, the support of your limbs, or some other apparatus (such as a
chair or a barre)
