plenty of people getting mistreated based on their skins or
gender. Racism is a process that creates unfair outcomes and

which is the gender of an individual. Stereotypes are
classifying a particular group of people by the society based
on their gender, occupation, age, weight, etc. (Quebec, 2023).
This includes connecting boys and girls with their biological
capability. There are people getting treated unfairly according
to their gender, which limits them from what they do or want
to do everywhere. It can have an impact in the field of work.

The two aforementioned problems can be observed

worldwide. Its intensity can influence the mental health of its
victim. Thus, it can trigger a dispute between the group. Many
organizations were made in order to eradicate such
a grievous act, implementing a number of laws to solve those
issues. Even though there are such laws that are implemented,
other close-minded people tend to
commit those problems.
