MIN 01/04/2024: PRELIMINARIES

The meeting was called to order by the Chairman Mr.Nicodemus Mtoto at 2.05pm after
confirming the 2/3 quorum of attendance as required by the group constitution.
The meeting started with a word of prayer from Julius Menza (Treasurer).

MIN 02/04/2024: KRA PIN REGISTRATION

All the members discussed and agreed that the group officials namely the Chairman, Secretary
and Treasurer should go ahead and ensure the group registers with the KENYA REVENUE
AUTHORITY to acquire the PIN for the GROUP.
MIN 03/04/2024: AOB
There being no other business the chair called the meeting to order and was adjourned with a
word of prayer from Ismail Yusuf at 2.25pm
