Directions: The class will be divided into 4 groups. Every group will have their own representative.
Every representative will each draw a slip from a fish bowl containing words that they must act out
using hands and body motions. Once they guessed it correctly, the group would get a point. The
group that gets the highest point, wins.
B. Introduction to the Lesson Before proceeding to the main discussion, the teacher will ask the students if they have noticed
something about the words they need to act out from the charades. The teacher will then ask the
students if they have any ideas what happened during the Second World War.
C. Discussion of the Objectives The teacher will explain the objectives to the students.
Students will be divided into 3 groups to explore and discuss some of the historic events that
happened related to World War 2.
- First group will research Kristallnacht and how it has been the start of the Holocaust.
- Second group will research the D-Day Crossword Puzzle.
- Third group will research the creation of Little Boy and Fat Man and what they have done
to Japan.

REFLECTIVE ESSAY
If you are the leader of the Allies and you are to defeat the Axis, will you do the same thing that
the Allies did? Why? If not, what will be your resolve to the problem?
