No we Cant create Events, rather than events we can create Event Reasons, can assign it to
Events. We have Standard events.
5. If client asked you to delete the record of Left employee in the system, just it was happened

We wont delete any record of the Employee if he left. Instead of Delete we change it to
Termination.
