○ All briefs to be approved by HOMs before being shared with Bettercomm
○ No new HPM template to be created without approval by Sapna
○ No new Sales collateral to be created without approval by Ajay
○ No plans document/opportunity document to be created
○ No job is to be started without briefing the document in the updated format & changes are to
be incorporated only if the changes come in as per the agreed format
○ No creative to be accepted without the signoff of the QC manager

Escalation Matrix: -

○ Any creatives that require more than 2 iterations will be flagged to HOMs by Bettercomm
○ Any creatives requiring more than 3 iterations will be flagged to RM by Bettercomm
○ Any creative requiring more than 2 iterations due to QC issues to be flagged to Jayesh & Sapna
