Integrated Clinic Information System(iClinicSys) Ver 4.1 - eKonsulta Module.

• As an initial step towards adopting a comprehensive approach to delivering primary

care, PhilHealth has committed through PhilHealth Board Resolution No. 2479 to
expand the primary care benefit to cover all Filipinos.

• The resolution mandated the issuance of PhilHealth Circular (PC) No. 2020 0002
entitled "Governing Policies of the PhilHealth Konsultasyong Sulit at Tama
(Konsulta) Package: Expansion of the Primary Care Benefit to cover all Filipinos".

iClinicSys Ver 4.1 is
now certified as a
PhilHealth Konsulta
provider – Date Issued
as of July 18, 2022.
• Engaged health
facilities that would
want to apply are
advised to refer to the
instructions.

1. HCI Engagement Registration Form (HERF)

2. Account Cipher Key Request Form (ACK Request Form)

3. Non-Disclosure Agreement Form (NDA)

(If currently engaged to PhilHealth Interim System or any third party provider)
4. Disengagement Letter with the acknowledgement of the
previous Service Provider

After verification. Submit these forms to our office

How to Input Ekonsulta Cipher Key – for iClinicSys as an EMR
1. Go to clinicsys.doh.gov.ph and login
2. In the Home Page, Click the Administrative Management Module
3. Under System Settings Tab, Click on Ekonsulta Configuration
4. Input PMCC, Accreditation Code and Cipher Key
(Recommended to copy+paste the ekonsulta configuration
details from the email to iClinicSys to minimize typo errors)
5. Click Save Changes

How to Update Masterlist – for iClinicSys as an EMR
1. Go to clinicsys.doh.gov.ph and login
2. In the Home Page, Click the Electronic Medical Record Module
3. Under User Menu, Click the PhilHealth Registration List Icon
4. Click Update List Button.
5. Select a Date Range then click Submit Data button
6. Click Import List Button
