Sub: Invitation for Selection Process – PGPM/MBA Program.

We are happy to inform you that you have been shortlisted and invited to attend the Selection Process of ICFAI
Business School (IBS) on the date allotted. The Selection Process is conducted at nine locations namely IBS
Ahmedabad, IBS Bangalore, IBS Dehradun, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Jaipur, IBS Mumbai, IBS Pune, IBS Admission
Office, Hyderabad from April 6 - 7, 2024 and April 7 - 8, 2024 at IBS Kolkata for the following programs:

MBA Program offered by IBS Bangalore, IBS Dehradun and IBS Jaipur.
PGPM Program offered by IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Kolkata, IBS Mumbai, IBS Pune.

Reporting:

You have to report at the selection process venue sharp by 9.00 am on the date confirmed by you online. The
route map to reach the selection process venue is given below.

Selection Process

The candidates have to spend one full day at the selection process. The selection process comprises of Group
Discussion and Personal Interview.

Group Discussion

A topic will be announced to a group of 8 – 10 candidates. The candidates will be given 15 minutes for the group
discussion. After discussion each candidate will be given an opportunity to summarize his/her opinion in a
minute.

Personal Interview

The panel members will interview you for 10 – 15 minutes. The focus will be to test your attitude, aptitude and
aspirations for a career in management. The interview panel members will also evaluate your general
knowledge, clarity of thought and ability to handle tricky situations.

The admission decision is based on the overall performance and the preferences given by the candidate. A
composite score is computed for each candidate based on his/her past academic record and performance in the
group discussion and personal interview.

Submission of Documents
