Re: Network Service Failure
Above Subject matter refers.
With reference to your letter to us dated 15th December 2023, I hereby write to clarify first
of all, Ado-mata International has always provided immediate support to your organization
the current unavailability of internet is not an exception.

Upon receiving your request regarding the disconnection of internet service, we


immediately investigated and informed you that service was suspended in accordance to
the fair usage policy on data usage.

You will also recall that we discussed this issue at length on multiple occasions, one of
which was with the Executive Chairman of our organization.
I also informed you that we will be updating you once we've confirmed cost of additional
data as your current data has ben depleted.

Also, in no occasion during our various conversation did we promise a quick reconnection ,
rather we where going to inform you of solutions which we have provided (find copy
attached).

You are well aware that your organizations data access and consumption for a month had
been over three times the data we are to provide yearly as stated in our contract with your
organization, this we have done at no additional cost to your organization to foster our
relationship . We have also recommended on multiple occasions, the setup of your server
room to help you monitor an manage data usage which is why we find this letter
unbelievable and disrespectful.
We have always provided services that meet the standards of international best practices
and we demand an apology.
