Introduction
Aarogya Service Portal is an innovative online platform dedicated to providing swift and
efficient emergency medical assistance. In times of crisis, every second counts, and our
portal aims to bridge the gap between patients in need and timely medical care.
Our Mission
At Aarogya Service Portal, our mission is simple yet profound: to save lives by ensuring
prompt access to emergency medical services. We understand the critical importance of
timely intervention during medical emergencies, and we are committed to delivering high-
quality healthcare solutions at the click of a button.
Key Features
4. 24/7 Support: Medical emergencies can occur at any time, which is why our support
team is available round-the-clock to assist users. Whether you have questions about our
services or need immediate assistance, our dedicated support staff is here to help.
“Aarogya Service Portal is more than just an online platform—it's a lifeline during
emergencies. We invite you to join us in our mission to make emergency medical
assistance accessible to all. Together, we can make a difference and save lives when it
matters most”.

Objectives
2. Enhanced First Aid Support: We aim to empower individuals with the knowledge
and skills needed to administer basic first aid in emergency situations. Aarogya Service
Portal provides comprehensive first aid guidance, equipping users with the ability to
initiate immediate care while awaiting professional medical assistance.
“Through the pursuit of these objectives, Aarogya Service Portal seeks to redefine the
landscape of emergency medical assistance, making it more accessible, efficient, and
lifesaving for individuals in need”.

Chapter – 2
Literature Survey
• Subheading 1:
- This research paper presents the design and development of a cloud-based ambulance
dispatch system, which includes features for online ambulance booking.
- It discusses the technical architecture, data management, and real-time communication
protocols used in the system.
- The paper evaluates the system's performance in terms of response time, resource
allocation, and user satisfaction, highlighting its potential to enhance emergency medical
services.
10
• Subheading 2:
- This literature review explores the integration of first aid support with emergency
medical services, focusing on the role of laypersons in providing initial care.
- It discusses the importance of standardized first aid protocols and training programs
for improving emergency response outcomes.
- The review identifies gaps in research regarding the integration of first aid support
with online ambulance booking systems and suggests avenues for future investigation.
- This study evaluates the effectiveness of online first aid training programs in equipping
individuals with the necessary skills to respond to medical emergencies.
- It compares the outcomes of online training versus traditional classroom instruction,
assessing factors such as knowledge retention, confidence levels, and performance in
simulated scenarios.
- The research findings inform the development of online first aid modules for
integration with ambulance booking portals, emphasizing user engagement and
effectiveness.
“By examining literature under these subheadings, the Aarogya Service Portal project can
gain valuable insights into best practices, challenges, and opportunities related to online
ambulance booking systems and the integration of first aid support. These insights can
inform the design, development, and implementation of the portal, ultimately facilitating
the prompt delivery of emergency medical services and improving patient outcomes”.

Chapter – 3
Research Gap
12
4. User Experience in High-Stress Situations:
- Literature lacks in-depth exploration of user experience design
principles tailored specifically for high-stress emergency situations.
- Further research is needed to understand how to design user
interfaces that are intuitive, accessible, and effective in guiding users
through the portal during emergencies.
13
Proposed Systems
The Aarogya Service Portal aims to provide a seamless and efficient platform for online
ambulance booking and first aid support. Below are the proposed systems within the
project:
- User Registration and Authentication: Users will be required to register on the portal
by providing essential details such as name, contact information, and location.
Authentication mechanisms, such as email verification or two-factor authentication, will
ensure the security of user accounts
.
- Ambulance Availability and Booking: The system will display real-time information
about available ambulances in the vicinity of the user's location. Users can select the
nearest ambulance and book it instantly through the portal. Confirmation notifications will
be sent to both the user and the ambulance dispatch center.
- GPS Tracking and Navigation: Once booked, users can track the location of the
ambulance in real-time using GPS technology integrated into the portal. Navigation
features will provide the ambulance driver with the most efficient route to reach the user's
location promptly.
- Interactive First Aid Guides: The portal will offer interactive first aid guides that users
can access in emergency situations. These guides will provide step-by-step instructions for
administering first aid for various medical emergencies, including CPR, choking, bleeding
control, and basic wound care.
- Emergency Contact Integration: The first aid system will be integrated with emergency
contact information provided by the user during registration. In case of severe
emergencies where immediate medical attention is required, the system will automatically
notify designated emergency contacts with the user's location and details of the situation.
14
3. Integration and Communication Systems:
- Ambulance Dispatch Center Integration: The portal will be seamlessly integrated with
ambulance dispatch centers to facilitate quick communication and coordination between
users, ambulance drivers, and dispatch operators.
“By implementing these proposed systems, the Aarogya Service Portal will effectively
cater to the needs of users during medical emergencies, enabling them to access timely
ambulance services and receive essential first aid support, ultimately improving patient
outcomes and saving lives”.
15
Chapter – 4
The integration of first aid support within the portal had a significant
impact on emergency response outcomes. Users who received first aid
guidance through the portal reported feeling more confident and
prepared to handle medical emergencies. Personalized
recommendations based on user input and location proved invaluable
in guiding immediate care before the arrival of professional medical.

Chapter – 5
Conclusion
18
Coordination and Communication:
Seamless integration with ambulance dispatch centers has facilitated
efficient coordination and communication during emergencies.
Dispatch operators have been able to respond promptly to requests,
optimizing resource allocation and minimizing delays in emergency
response. The portal's centralized platform has served as a hub for
streamlined communication, enhancing overall system effectiveness.
